The hall itself is awesome but the staff needs major help. First we were charge more for catering than discussed but decided to go ahead anyway since the wedding was so close. Then they were late getting the food out and made us wait AT THE RECEPTION. Then the event coordinator incorrectly charged our cards and is incompetent. I loved the venue but would recommend looking elsewhere for a wedding.

Great venue for a wedding. Communication could definitely be better. When you ask questions you’re made to feel like a nuisance. If you do get the bar service make sure you do not change your times for your events to start. They will not adjust your bar hours after you’ve signed their contract. If you pay for their caterer you do not get to do a food tasting ahead of time. At least we were not offered this. Overall we had a great wedding and this spot is great to hold both your ceremony and reception.

The two ladies that run events are very rude. Very nice building and support staff are some of the best I have dealt with. Walked in to set up for wedding said hello to both woman. They gave me a dirty looks and looked away. Would not let us set up day before but last minute gave us two hours to setup. Said they would let us in at 8 AM day of wedding to finish they did not show up until way after 10. Thankfully a Terra security officer let us in. He was very friendly and offered to help us unload the cars. They Argued with us about setting up chairs outside. Said it was going to rain we asked if they could make the decision on day of wedding instead of 3 days before. So day of wedding forecast showed no rain for the time of the wedding. They did not want to get chairs. They said our guest could stand outside. Funny thing is when I talked to the support staff it was a different story more than happy to help us.By the way no rain during wedding or after. During wedding both ladies were rude to all our guest. Yelled at some of them. Just made everyone feel uneasy. The only thing that made up for it was our great servers and Fantastic bartender. Also the ladies that ran the event did not dress nice at all. They did not ask if we needed anything and at one point just left.

We just had our wedding here and it was horrible. We were told when planning we would be able to come in the day before our wedding to set up and have a rehearsal there, we are actually out of town from Findlay and needed that day. We were told right after our meeting and setting up a time of 10am for set up that we would not be able to have access to the hall due to a dinner that night. This caused us to rush around trying to find a place for rehearsal, and with my wedding party traveling, this was not easy. Also they had the heat up and it was and average of 82 degrees in the hall the whole night of the reception and with it being 90 degrees outside and in a wedding dress I was dying and got attitude when asked if they could do something about the room temperature. DO NOT let them cut your cake, I paid $50 for them to butcher my $600 cake, it was horrible. I should give a less review but your staff was great, however having customer pay $1,200 for food and the left overs be given to the staff and not to the people who paid for it is unprofessional. A lot of my guest and myself witness the staff take my leftovers to the kitchen divide it up and take them home with them! I would never use this venue for an event again, yes it a pretty hall but not worth the headache.

Wonderful hall, terrible people to work with. No comunication and gives us trouble at every corner. Wont live up to promises. The ladies are very rude and stuck up. Was told we could set up day before for months 4 days before they tell us we cant then get pissy because we want in early the day of our event. Take your money somewheee else. The people here are very controling and just make your day more stressful.
