This place has got me through a tough time. Service is good. Bed is comfortable. I was a little disappointed when I couldn’t check in for an hour after my reservation, but that is not important. Location is good. Yep, this place is alright. Oh one thing that sucks, you pay $3 a day for internet that is slower than a snail on a hot day.

I’ve been in this hotel 15 months and these remain my primary complaints

1) weekly housekeeping is promised at check in but in my time here has necee been provided. I’m lucky to get service every 3-4 weeks and that’s if I beg.

2) posted office hours are 11am-7pm Mon-Sat. The actual hours are whenever they feel like it. If you get there at 11am you have a decent chance of it being open. Any other time is hit and miss, mostly miss.

3) property maintenance, especially in the winter is nonexistent. We had a big snowstorm this last January and nobody bothered clearing snow off the sidewalks and entryways. Actually they did a narrow path by the office because that’s where the new money comes from. But this is a definite safety hazard and lawsuit waiting to happen.

They claim this is more like an apartment than a hotel. Most apartments have property maintenance daily during the week and keep their grounds respectable. This place is a joke. DO BETTER!

PS: Apparently there is no full time manager here either

I'm not a person that leaves negative reviews but this was ridiculous how they did me. So got a room for a while and half hour after checking in i hear a clunk in the fridge where I placed my two large bags of frozen chicken. I opened the fridge. And saw ice that was coating the entire inside of fridge melting and soaked thru chicken and l flowing onto floor . I pulled all the food out of fridge .I had no money to replace or to feed myself. Bread and everything was soaked with bloody chicken water
.I started soaking up tge water and it was too much for the 2 towels they have in bathroom. So I went to front desk to tell the lady and she walked back and saw what was happening.. I asked her if I'd be reimbursed for the food because it's all I had. I didn't even complain about the filthy room dirty door jams wadded up trash on floor in bathroom layers of dirt ams dust in areas if floor.. bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the filter in ac unit was almost black with more dust than I've seen on one before. We'll she said she'd go take care of that now and had maintenance come to look at fridge and another guy came to mop up the water. The maintenance guy came felt the compressor on fridge said it may be bad because it was really hot. He unplugged the fridge and said they will need to put me in another room..I asked him about the lady and to make sure she knows I need to talk to her a boht all if this she had her jacket on and seamed like she was leaving. He assured me she would be back in to my room . She did not return . The next morningi call the front desk and a guy answers named zach..he was extremely unhelpful and pretended to know nothing
.no supervisors names numbers and said the woman that I dealt with the night before didn't work there anymore. She was a lovely lady and seemingly helpfully until she didn't return. But he said because she didn't work there anymore that there was nothing he could do for my situation..I was confused with this kid. .he was rude and convinced he was making sense I summed the entire situation with the kid and asked again if there was a supervisor or anyone I can't talk to and he said there wasn't and he didn't know what else to tell me. I was dumbfounded. Still not sure what to do. Sitting in the room while I'm writing this review..when I went back to desk hour later ther le was another guy on the phone with what they said was the general manager..his name was Markus..he told Markus after they chatted for some time that he was going to just let Markus tell me and started to give me the phone but Markus stopped him and told him to hang up and handle it for him. The man John hangs up and tells me he can't do anything but give me a different room..still hasn't 15 hours later..they havnt checked called nothing..wouldn't give me my 50 dollar deposit even so that I could get my food..what good is a working refrigerator at this point. This place is filthy . The help will not help and are miserable doing part of their jobs. I'm extremely disappointed and after I get some rest I'll figure out the best way to take care of this situation. I won't stop til I'm satisfied. Hopefully this will slow down their practice of treating the customers like trash. .

Beautiful rooms! Very clean. Wonderful kitchens for living in a box. Would def recommend. $300 a week prices and worth every penny!

I cannot recommend this establishment based on my recent experience. My family and I had a reservation for a 7-day stay, but our check-in experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived at 7:06 PM, only to find that their office hours ended at 7:00 PM. When we approached the check-in desk, the staff member immediately asked us to close the door and informed us that they only accept check-ins until 7:00 PM.

There was no prior communication about this strict check-in deadline when our reservation was confirmed. To make matters worse, they charged us a $65 fee for "no-show" at 6:30 PM, despite our arrival just six minutes past their office hours. The staff refused to check us in, citing that their system had already been shut down, and left my wife, our 2-year-old daughter, and me stranded without accommodations.

Despite my efforts to explain the situation and request a refund of the $65, the management declined. We were ultimately forced to find alternative lodging late in the evening.

I strongly advise anyone considering booking at this property to think carefully before doing so.

This is the worst place in ohio. Rude and unfriendly and judgemental I wouldn't waste your time. Plus you don't get what you reserved. Ada really investigate this place. It's the worst. And the rooms are extremely small.

I reserved a double bed and never received that but was promised on several occasions. The first day I was there a dead body was rolled out. I tried to get my money back but was told I could not. Avoid this place.

In regards to my stay here at the intown suites here in Miamisburg, Ohio. The manager has gone beyond her duties and has made my stay here very comfortable and stress free. The staff provides great customer services here in a timely manner. The manager here(Angel) has been nothing but great and courteous and has done everything that she could to my stay here be an experience to the point that I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
