We hired Michael last minute to video a reception for our retiring CEO. Michael was a consummate professional. He arrived early, set up his cameras and tested all equipment prior to the start of the event. Our guests barely noticed as he worked the room, quietly capturing every detail of our event. Without any familiarity with our organization, our CEO, or the venue, Michael created a final video that felt as if he had known our team for years. We were incredibly impressed with the beautifully packaged USB drive that he had customized for us with our logo on the box and our CEO's name and the reception date on the actual USB drive inside. It was such a nice touch and the quality of the final video was fantastic. We will definitely hire him again for our next video project!

Michael was the absolute best for capturing our wedding day! We were a postponement wedding and he was great at communicating with us through all the rescheduling. Michael and Jack (his second shooter) were great at giving direction and making it all feel so natural when recording different shots from different angles. We received our one minute trailer within a week and watching it truly makes you relive the day in all the best ways! We highly recommend Flack Productions! Also, add the drone, my husband and I went back and forth on it at first because we aren't familiar with using drones, but add it! You'll be happy you did, the shots Michael gets are incredible!

Our previous wedding videographer completely destroyed our footage and Michael took the time from the very first second I messaged him, to look through all the footage/files and offer his service and advice. Mike is very responsive, easy to communicate, although on my wedding day he tested Covid Positive, he arranged another professional video guy of his friend to come and everything worked out well as planned. he then delivered two videos to me in two weeks, one for ceremony and the other for reception. The day of the wedding, he was early and had a very calming and professional energy. He was so easy to work with and he got amazing footage without the process feeling obtrusive in any way. When we received the highlight reel and full feature video it was breathtaking and embodied who we are (or at least what we hope we are!). The end product feels like a professionally edited movie! When we were shopping around, we saw other potential videographer options, but could noticeably see and tell a difference in the quality, sound leveling, and editing, which is why we selected him (- and we are happy that we did!). We can’t say enough good things about Michael’s work professionally as well as his pleasant disposition…To top everything off, there was a wonderful “unboxing” surprise. No complaints at all. One thing I’d do over (and over) again, is invest in a great videographer who is going to add to the special day and make the memories even more memorable. Thank you so much Michael!
