Even though the hotel or the room was not the best looking or cleanest, I did not have any complaints until now. I checked out on the 1st, they were no one at the front desk, so I left the room key in the box. The next day, I checked my bank account and saw a $25 charge. I called the hotel, and they told me that the housekeeping reported missing towels. I stayed by my self, I used my own towel, not those stained towels they had. Looks like I got scammed.

Also, the bed sheets had blood stains.

This was seriously the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I work for an airline. I have photos of the room (looks like a dog chewed up all the doors), bathroom lights so dim I couldn't put any makeup on. The website advertises shuttle service s an amenity, but they add to your bill at the end of the stay. The shuttle is a van that smells and is quite in need of work. The door jamb had a space under it and you can feel cold air coming through. The main light was burned out, bathroom unclean and the property is in disrepair. I didn't read the reviews before booking because I came in on a redeye flight but one man described this as a "dump". I tried to get hold of corporate to adjust the overpayment but they sent me back to the hotel. The girl at the front desk just said it didn't matter what the website says, there is small print at the bottom stating the shuttle charges. ***There is not!!! *** Very shiesty place and definitely should not be associated with the Wyndham brand!

Positive: This hotel worked for the night to rest before continuing the drive. Negative: The hotel is in a tucked off location. There are cops circling the parking lot all night. The parking lot is really dark and there are quite a few people that were not safe. The hotel recommended we lock our car which did not make me feel very safe.

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable, but you need to bring your own pillows cause they only give you two and they are not comfortable. breakfast was a little disappointing. There was no waffles to be made only little breakfast sausage bagels, which were OK. They had eggs bagels, and then bread for toasting. They also have yogurt and bananas. People came later. Didn’t really get to have breakfast cause they ran out when I got there at night. I was hoping to have a cuppa coffee, but they didn’t have any out, so that’s one thing I think they should have coffee all the time

The people who worked there helped us a lot! We had to get a shuttle at 4 am to go to the airport and then picked up at 7.. plus we could leave our car there while gone..customer service is excellent!!!

I had a very restful stay at the Ramada, Airport West. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel and room are clean and functional. The breakfast is always a plus. Front desk was very helpful throughout my stay. And the cleaning crew Amber and Tina are top notch and really take pride in their work. I would stay here again.

Extremely pleased overall with my stay here for not only the value, but the service. I chose this hotel for the price, location and amenities, and was somewhat concerned I'd be paying for my decision to save money, but was not disappointed. It was the most affordable option in the immediate area for the 2 nights I needed; it is conveniently located near both 480 and 71, not too close to the airport to be noisy, yet also right by major shopping and restaurants; the rooms are clean and recently redone to typical decor style; but the best part of my stay has been the service from the staff. At check in, Tina, the housekeeping/general do-everything woman on duty went above and beyond to help and get me what I wanted while waiting for the front desk clerk to process us. She not only answered the phones, but also addressed us instead of leaving us waiting like most would have since it wasn't her job. She offered to make me a fresh pot of coffee when I told her I tried getting some at a gas station on the way but was unable to due to a lack of cup lids, then later on gave us restuarant recommendations and tips on where to go if we needed anything. That night, I realized I had forgotten to bring a corkscrew and the man at the front desk accommodated me right away so we could have our wine. The next morning, my first cup of coffee tasted a bit watery, and the man on duty made a new pot right away which was better than what you'd get at most gas stations. The complimentary continental breakfast is what you would expect, but I was more than satisfied with my toasted bagel & cream cheese, egg, yogurt, muffins and coffee. There was also cereal & milk and bananas. That afternoon I ran into Tina doing her housekeeping rounds, and she happily met all my requests for fresh towels and another pillow. In the realm of affordably priced hotels (motels technically) this has definitely been the most pleasant and enjoyable stay for me in years. There were of course small things that could use attention, like the bathroom door handle not always engaging to keep it completely closed, and the bolts on the toilet needing to be tightened, but honestly there's always going to be something, and I'd rather have stupid complaints like that than things that really matter or affect my sleep.

The building itself is older, but the rooms, lobby and breakfast area are all renovated to modern standards and have the high tech you'd expect, like free wifi, smart TV, USB ports bedside, and even a touch self lighted mirror. My only negative takeaway from this trip was my interaction with Fairview Park Police upon my departure, which I can't really blame them for since they are just trying to keep their city safe. Overall highly recommend!

Very clean. Free breakfast. Reasonable prices. Bob, the manager, was so wonderful and helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate us in the middle of the night, when our reservation didn't show up in their system. Good location. Lots of stores and restaurants.
