Stopped here on a beautiful day and it did not disappoint. Beautiful scenery and places to relax by the river, and look at some waterfalls and nature. There's a covered bridge You can check out, and a small town right next to it. You can grab something to eat, or check out many of the little shops and get some ice cream.

Went last Saturday at 5pm. It was not to busy. Saw a very cute dog living his best life swimming. And some kids starting summer off with a splash jumping in. Was nice to sit by the water fall and unwind a bit. Treat yourself and go here.

Great place for exploring, letting the kids be kids, and for photography sessions for special occasions.

Nice short hike in the fall leaves today. Lots of pictures being taken by photographers of a wedding, family photos and seniors. A perfect backdrop for photos.

This place was more than what I expected. The small but cute Olmsted Falls was there, with a walking path that lead to a shelter house and restrooms, that unfortunately was closed due to winter, a few more small waterfalls, bridge, and covered bridge. Luckily it was a pretty decent March day and not too cold to explore the place.

A very small park. Old stone structures. Covered bridge. Views of the railway. Rock formations. Waterfalls. River access. Quarries. You can spend maybe one hour here. Rocks are spray painted.

Beautiful park, no matter the season. Just be careful. The rocks can be slippery. The spot is peaceful and is a nice area to do many outdoor things. I've been going to this park since I was a young child. I'll be 55 this year. I still love it.

Warning... No restroom facilities!

Like another has commented, not a large parking area.

Nice city park, didn't research anything but by the appearance of the buildings, it's an old park. Guessing David Fortier donated it back in the day.

We only took one trail as anything with a lot of steps is too difficult (fused ankle). We encountered 2-3 such areas so we were limited.

We didn't find a map at the trailhead or flyers with trails identified, but there seemed to be more than 3 (at least one is likely to be a loop).

2 children were wading in the area of the shallow river, seen from the 1st bridge we encountered. (Signs say no swimming...)

We brought/ate lunches & played board games in the pavilion as the other picnic tables we saw (only 3) weren't shaded enough. There are only 2 tables inside the pavilion.

It was clean (well, we picked up a water bottle and a meat pkg along our walk).

Go up
