Lovely park with ample room for an assortment of outdoor activities. I went to see the waterfall and it didn't disappoint. Little bit of a walk (paved path, then grass) to get to the waterfalls but very enjoyable. Lots of parking as well.

Nice paved trail and grass waterfall trail. The trails to get close to the fall are too difficult with toddlers but looked fairly easy for an adult. Huge pavilion. Challenging playground for 3-5 year old (wears them out). Free parking on site. Clean park.

This park is so beautiful and serene. Every single person we encountered was pleasant and said hello or good morning. We walked and walked and ended up going at least 3 miles one way. It was worth every step. The waterfall was the highlight.

Beautiful place. Nice and easy paths to walk. Was my first time here, as I live 2 hours away and was just in the area. The waterfalls are gorgeous and must be seen.

This is a very nice park, The trail is paved and great for biking. The trail goes from Lorain to Elyria but not sure exactly how many miles that is, maybe 8 miles.

So secluded. It is not hard to get to and u feel like explorers going back in there. There is a well beaten path off the waterfall loop. It was a bit muddy & narrow. But so worth it to go back so you can see falls closer. Lots of mosquitoes wear bug spray. It seems dependent on rainfall. But it was very tall & despite recent lack of rain, still flowing great. Lots of beautiful flowers blooming In this park & we saw a fuzzy Caterpillar so not sure if it fully one color what that means about the upcoming winter weather. Great fall colors on waterfall trail.

The Days Dam section of the park is beautiful - you can access it through the walking path by the river from Cascade (it's about a half mile walk on a paved path/sidewalk), or via the paved ramp down from the very small parking space up at the top of the hill. The park has two pavilions and several picnic tables, a restroom, power outlets and grills and a little playground as well as tons of open space for running/playing/exploring.

The playground in the area isn't really safe/accessible/usable by little kids - there are climbing features and a slide but no real ladder or safety features. Probably wouldn't advise bringing your toddlers here if you're wanting a playground for them to run around on, but it's beautiful for gatherings in temperate weather and for walking all year round.

This park is really pretty, with paved trails. It's nice to bike or walk around the beautiful nature scenery.
