Great stay! Welcoming hotel with bright well designed lobby, clean carpets and spaces. Rooms dynamic well tailored design, very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff is friendly and gracious. We will book again! Breakfast is adequate…only problem was where to hang our towels…..bring your own portable towel hook!! (Room 630)

I’m a gold member, visiting family in cleveland area. Overall a wonderful experience. I subtracted one star because in a suite for three people, the pull out couch was not prepared, there was no bedding provided, I had to call downstairs for bedding, and the pillow which we found In the closet in the bag together with not so clean blanket was nothing short of disgusting, dirt and something blue spilled on ( photos attached). The pillow was replaced promptly and bedding brought up promptly and with a smile, we made the bed ourselves, so overall a very good experience. Hotel was fully renovated 6 Months ago. Pool and spa area in pristine condition, really enjoyed it.

From the friendly staff at check in, a convenient entry to the room from the parking lot to the cleanliness everything was a positive experience. The cleaning staff were always pleasant and helpful when we interacted with them, even just passing them in the hall. The only thing I will say is the continental breakfast was ok, but there were some empty spots but it was getting close to 10. Very convenient to the Pinecreast area (basically connected) with food and shops and entertainment. Highly recommend!!

Positive: Super friendly staff were very helpful with restaurant suggestions nearby. Kitchen Social was very good choice. Negative: Free breakfast options were good early in the morning. Waffle maker easy to use. Fruit and bagels choices ran out by 8:30 am.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in. Recently renovated 6 months ago.
Fitness center has state of the art equipment - Precor branding which is great equipment. Opened 24/7.
Pool and hot tub was nice although we did not get a chance to use as hot tub was full when we tried. Pool water was warm.
The bathroom/shower was nice and modern, although door is big for the smaller bathroom space. Need more hooks in the bathroom. Water pressure could be slightly more but they have a hand held shower (the 1st I’ve seen in the hotels).
The toiletries were high end brand: Alice & Co
The work area was in the middle of the room, different than what we’re used to but not bad.
Couch very firm and comfy.
Kitchenette has fridge and microwave.
Hotel provides 24/7 coffee, tea and lemon water - such a great amenity; also has free breakfast 6-10 am. Breakfast was amazing - with self-made waffles with whipped cream, cheese jalapeno omelette, french toast sticks, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, etc.
The lobby ladies restroom has feminine products, first time I’ve seen this.
The front desk is friendly and kind; the Front Desk manager was so nice and so was Susanna, always with a smile and ready to assist in any way.
They gave us an early check in at 1 pm w/o charging extra - great service.
They also invited us to Hilton Honors program and gave us a brown gift bag with 2 bottles of water and 2 fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. What a delight!

I ended up lounging in the lounge area reading my kindle and it was fantastic. The lounge is modern, clean and accommodating to different types of moods and hanging outs.

Definitely would come back here if visiting Cleveland OH again! This is the first time I did not want to leave a hotel.

Positive: I absolutely loved the large gym. It plenty of equipment. The staff was great and rooms were lovely. Negative: If the hotel is full which it was, parking is scarce.

I recently visited the USA and had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. It was one of the best experiences during my trip! The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Nancy at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist me. I had to extend my stay at the last moment, and she handled everything smoothly with her exceptional knowledge and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Excellent accommodations. Hot tub was nice and the pool area tidy. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was good too. The lady at the front desk was friendly and gave us recommendations for good food in the area. 10/10 experience.
