Worst stay at any hotel. Rooms were ok nothing special but the issue was the next day. Two hours before check out (around 9 am) we woke up to multiple break in attempts at our room. Baby was crying. We woke up to someone opening the door trying to force it open multiple times by pushing it open but I’m glad I pushed some furniture pieces behind the door the night before to jam the door from able to open easily. We yelled who was it and they finally let the door go and ran as we heard loud and fast footsteps. When I called downstairs the employee noted it was housekeeping and they made a mistake reading the room number. After checking out I wanted to inform the manager Joseph colon. He was unprofessional. Not one time did he apologize for what happened. He tried blaming me saying there wasn’t a do not disturb sign on the door. Yes there wasn’t but there wasn’t one provided in the room when checking in. Also why would house keeping think the room was empty if they can clearly see all the luggage’s on the floor after just 1 attempt to get in. Why did they try multiple times? Why didn’t they respond when we were yelling who was at the door and instead just run? Was an employee trying to get in and steal belongings or worse? Possibly human trafficking? NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAFE. ESPECIALLY UNDER THE MANAGEMENT OF JOSEPH COLON.

Edit Apparently after reading other guests reviews of this location other guests had similar issues with unannounced employees walking into the room. Something doesn’t smell right. This location needs to be investigated.

I reached out to the hotel via the corporate site last week, and have not heard a response back yet. Figured while I wait on them to reply to me, I’d share my experience here too. The pros - great pool and hot tub, suite was roomy.
Cons - room was dirty, not vacuumed and there was residue on tables. Had to quickly clean the room before my young child discovered things left on the floor. My room wasn’t ready at check in time, and I was rudely told to wait. I don’t really care if you were sold out the night before, it’s 3:00 in the afternoon, my room should be ready. Then, I wasn’t even given the room I booked, but it was still a king suite which was fine. BUT, apparently this switch-up led to some random housekeeping lady walking into my room unannounced! She said she thought an employee was in here. I’ve never had this happen to me before, I was truly appalled.

We went to Drury for a day getaway and it's was exactly that. First off the hotel is decorated so nicely in the lobby. They really pay attention to the details. So the hotel offers free breakfast like most hotels accommodate their guest, but they also have an evening kickback. This kickback consist of an intimate dinner menu, typically with salad and soup. The night we stayed they served meatballs, mashed potatoes, and mixed vegetables. They have hotdogs, nachos and popcorn I assumed were for children. Also in the evening kickback each registered adult receives a complimentary drink card to enjoy adult beverages (up to three free drinks). I had the margarita and it was pretty good.

The rooms were clean and majority of the staff were pleasant. My only complaints are when I called for towels to be brought to my room, I was told I would get them, but they never arrived. Also the beds don't seem to be queen sized. I think they're full size if I'm not mistaken. Lastly, this hotel offers a refreshment area with beverages all day. I think that's thoughtful. I like the fact that the fee of your room also ensures two meals so if you're on budget it's worth the stay.

It's a great place to stay. We go just to get away from the house sometimes. Has free dinner and breakfast for guests. Foods great. Pool and hot tub are in a large room with plenty of seats and easy to watch if you have children.

Rooms, hallways, and common areas (pool, gym, lobby) were all clean and comfortable. Lots of parking (may need to go out back) and doors on all 4 sides of the building for easy access. The gym is small, but has plenty of equipment for a decent workout. Pool and hot tub area is very nice and clean. Included breakfast and social hour snacks were typical of hotel buffets, but still a nice touch. Located close to a lot of good restaurants, shops, and fun things to do.

Room felt luxurious, so comfy and quiet. The free drinks and food was a great surprise. The staff was amazing! Really enjoyed my time there and will go back. Highly recommend. I wish they would clean the air ducts, alot of us had allergy issues because of it. The shower head had no water pressure. These are only small complaints. I loved it there and highly recommend! Across the parking lot is BJs and Cooper Hawk so you have the choice of fine dining or sports bar within walking distance. Indoor pool. Just had everything. The view from my room was so pretty. Be sure to ask to face the trees!

I went for medical care, but I will now always select this hotel brand, wherever I go. This is the cleaness and the friendliness hotels I have been to in years. The bed and pillows amazing. The breakfast and the happy hour food was "real food", not cheap continental breakfast and bar snacks. |Thank you for making my trip so nice, even though I was not there for pleasure.

Stayed here for a business meeting. Lobby was clean but some of the front desk staff barely looked up when I was checking in. However, Joseph was great! The worst thing I experienced which is why I'm writing this review is room itself. It was dirty! Floor had hair on it. Shower door was dirty. Ick. Then to add to this, there was 1/2 roll of toilet paper when I checked in and never replenished. Housekeeping only came once, which I understand. But when they did, they left a pile of towels in my sink, like they forgot what they were doing. And the shower was still dirty. Come on! Really
