Randal B is amazing. He goes above and beyond making sure every detail is perfect. We went to Alaska and due to Denali wildfires not everything went according to plan. We recently took a trip to New England with Universal Travel. It was fabulous. Kristoff and his assistant, Armand, arranged a trip that was extremely scenic. very interesting historically and amazingly tasty. We saw beautiful buildings, incredible scenery, visited mountain tops and rocky sea shores with picturesque lighthouses, sailed on a sailing ship and harvested lobsters. Our every need was taken care of from our bags to meals, and they even helped one of our friends find a medical clinic when he felt unwell. The attention to detail was impressive. We will be looking to take another trip with them.
