We reached out to Shauna following an online search for travel agents in our area. We knew we wanted to honeymoon in Costa Rica after our wedding, but weren't too sure where to start. We contacted Shauna a year in advance (we knew it was a popular time to travel to Costa Rica). From the jump she was responsive, and helpful, giving us options that were perfectly tailored to the types of activities we were most interested in. We didn't want to drive while there, so transportation was also arranged seamlessly, on top of the resort stay and activities. It was a phenomenal trip! The resort (Arenal Springs Resort and Spa) was beautiful, the tours (a cooking class, a coffee and chocolate tour and tasting, hiking in the rainforest and up to see the volcano located in the town, a boat ride on a lake, and a trip to a waterfall) were fun, informative, and just enough mixed in with the relaxation you hope to have on your honeymoon. We didn't have to think about anything other than following the schedule provided. Booking so far in advance gave us time to pay for the trip in installments, which was an added bonus to not be hit with the bill all at once. Costa Rica is a 12/10 recommend, as well as Shauna's services. We're just starting to dip our toes into international travel as a couple, and we look forward to working with Shauna to plan upcoming adventures :). The experience truly could not have been better!

We had the best Disney vacation ever! We got to see, do, and eat at every place we wanted. Shauna was able to book Cinderella’s table for us which was a must for my 5 yr old daughter. She’s very responsive to any questions and will do what it takes to get you the answers you need. We will definitely be using her again for future vacations.

We knew that we needed help planning our Disney World trip for 2 adults and 2 kids and wasn't sure where to begin. I did an internet search for Disney travel agents and starting reading reviews to help find an agent that was authorized for Disney Vacation packages, had a 5 star rating and had a minimum of 30 ratings on Google. I found Shauna and even though we did not live in her area, I submitted the vacation form on her site and she got to work! Gave us options for resorts, booked reservations for lunch and dinner while in park at places she thought we'd enjoy, provided key tips/tricks to help save a few dollars so we could focus spending on the experience! Overall very pleased we went with an agent and specifically went with Shauna for her communication, answer all our questions and her GREAT recommendations for places to eat! The kids had the time of their lives' that was evident in all the pics Disney took or we captured on our phones!

First of all I live in Michigan not Ohio where she works but I feel very comfortable working with her. I'm always apprehensive to use a travel agent because if you don't book the trip you took their time up. But I've tried this two or three times with Shauna to get a vacation and for something on my part it just hasn't worked out. She has never made me feel bad or like I wasted her time. She's always pleasant and has given me tons of information to work on. She's giving me alternatives and different suggestions. I just tried to book a Disney cruise and she spent a lot of time to help me but at the last minute it's not going to work out and she was professional and just very sweet. Shauna planned my first Disney vacation staying on property. She handled everything and managed to get some really hard to get reservations for us. We loved all of her recommendations. She was also very quick to respond and went out of her way to help with some questions I had about our photo pass AFTER we got back. I cannot recommend her enough!
