He helped us through the whole planning process of picking out our playlist (easy website by the way) & organizing how the evening would go! He brought his professional insights & suggestions — and most of all, great energy to our reception! Book That DJ did the music and lighting for our wedding this past weekend. The planning process was made easy by choosing the music we wanted via a website tailored to our wedding. Randy was the absolute best. We picked several songs for our ceremony that were covers and used a song we had specifically written for us. The option to select if you loved a song, liked a song, or didn’t want a song played enabled us to make sure that we didn’t miss any of our favorite songs. Randy kept the music flowing so that our guests stayed out on the dance floor. He knew the exact right times to switch up the music to keep the party going. You will not regret booking with Book That DJ!!! We had Randy for our backyard, August wedding in 2024. He is seriously the man. We loved working with him. He was very responsive with any questions we had with the planning process, he gave helpful feedback and suggestions, and is all around an awesome and very talented DJ! Talent aside, he captured some of my favorite little snip bits of photos and videos that we got to look at the next morning. They also have an awesome portal that made creating a playlist of songs that we liked and didn't like very easy and user friendly. Having Randy for our wedding honestly made our ceremony/reception a breeze. I respected/trusted his suggestions and talent and had the best night of our lives. Book that DJ help make our wedding the best day it could be. They were very good with communication and with some same day changes that I wanted to make to our songs.
One thing my husband and I wanted on our wedding day was a packed dance floor and Book That DJ made that happen. I told them this and asked them to read the crowd and they did just that. We had a packed dance floor all night long and I had many compliments on the music, and have recommended them to many friends with upcoming weddings.

We hired Book That DJ for our October 2024 wedding. Randy and our event DJ, Jake, were both exceptionally helpful through the planning process. We always got quick responses when we had questions and they have a user-friendly portal to help organize playlists and song selections for specific moments. We weren't super picky about our playlist and really just wanted our guests to dance and have a good time. Jake did a great job reading the room and knowing exactly what to play to keep the dance floor full the entire night.
He also did a great job with the wedding service itself. From the moment guests started arriving to the recessional and then the cocktail hour, the music for everything was perfect!
