I got on the TP at Swanton. The ticket didn't come out and no one was in the booth. So I continued on my way. I explained to the toll booth lady, when I was getting off, that the ticket didn't come out . She charged me 16.25. Instead of 1.25..I was not a happy camper to say the least. When I got home,I got on line to get reimbursed. Filed the forms and never heard a thing from them. Ugh

We were stuck in the payment line for a long time because someone jammed a $1 bill in the machine, we had to wait for an attendant to come and help us. The attenandent was pleasent and helpful, but slow moving.

After reading these reviews I see that we aren't the only people who's dealt with a rude manager at this location.
While going through a lane marked Cash/EZPass their EZ Pass was down causing frustration and a waste of time. My husband didn't say a word to the rude woman just complied and she had the nerve to say "If you don't want to deal with this next time use the EZPass lane. "Hello lady we were IN a Ezpass/Cash lane how about next time you close any lanes that aren't in working order instead of being rude and condescending whilst blaming it on a driver just doing their job and giving your State money just to drive through it. I suggest some people skills, training and use of words like "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, thank you for your patience. " Then perhaps you won't end up the worst rated toll in Ohio.

Travelling through here for the Christmas holiday from out of state, and our EZPass(or iPass rather since we're from IL) wasn't reading (even though it did everywhere else in the state, and in Indiana as well for that matter, on the rest of our 5 hour drive to get here).... The guy that answered the help button around 11pm on 12/23 was an absolute jerk. Zero reason for the attitude he had, and honestly he should lose his job if he can't do better than that and speak to people with even an ounce of understanding or respect. The second he answered the call he acted like how dare we interrupt him, then scolded us for not knowing our pass number, as well as for the position of the pass on our vehicle. I think I'll rely on my home state for where the pass I use every single day needs to be located to read on my car, thanks....again, it worked everywhere else on our trip. I just find it sad that he feels the need to be so miserable and rude to people.

They stole money from us, got on at Westgate and off at Toledo Perrysburg. $36.25 with 3 axles (i was told after the fact i was suppose to get a ticket, i only received a receipt). Still waiting for reimbursement...

Do not, I repeat, do not press the orange "help" button. You're better off driving through the toll barrier. The women behind that speaker will make you wish you listened to this message!
