I really would not suggest doing business with Mouch insurance. Granted, I had 15 years of no problems (never filed a claim or so much as needed to call them however), but my last experience is more than enough to sour my opinion of them.
Long story short, I cancelled my auto insurance policy because I moved far away from Ohio. Fast forward a year and I get a letter from a collections agency. Apparently my policy was not cancelled and Mouch sent me to collections after auto-renewing my (supposedly) cancelled policy. No letter, no phone call, no email… nothing. Straight to collections, after only 2 months of me being “delinquent”. I’m attempting to work things out with Mouch, but I went ahead and paid the collection agency because I do not trust/have faith that we will reach a resolution, and I really don’t want to have a collections agency on my credit report.
If you’re reading this and need any form of insurance, I would implore you to explore other options. You’ll probably be fine with them, but why take that risk when there are so many other options for such a basic service.

Interacting with Mouch Insurance is easy and comfortable. With them, I feel like a person rather than a number. Julie took the time to humor me while I was joking around and she was playful right back. I like to do business with real people that know what's important in life. You don't have to be serious to do a seriously good job.

In the midst of all the joking around, Julie set me up with a plan that was perfect for me. I'm very happy with my policy and would recommend Mouch Insurance.

P.S. I'm actually the one that recommended Julie for the role of President. Look at her now, she's the President! 🙂
