The hotel was in a great location. Lots of places to walk to right outside the hotel and plenty of parking. The rooms were huge and extremely clean! I love the full refrigerator and kitchenette. The beds could be softer but overall it's a great place to stay.

I’ve never stayed in the hotel, never had a reservation, nor do I know anyone that has yet this hotel managed to charge my credit card for $619.69. I called the hotel and the person at the front desk and explained my situation.

I offered the folio number that appears on my statement but she didn’t want it. Instead, she asked for my last name and last four digits of the credit card for some weird reason. I told her that most credit card companies require you to contact the merchant before imitating a dispute. She asked if I had a confirmation number. Why would I have a confirmation number if I never stayed there? Wtf!

So I asked to speak to the manager and she put me on hold for 5 minutes. She returned and said she’d connect me. It went to a generic voicemail box with no name or title

My guess is that an employee or the entire staff there is aware of this credit card scam. And maybe in on it. I’m starting a dispute and will keep this review here until the manager calls me back.

Our stay was good. The place was clean. The hotel seemed in pretty good shape. The staff was nice. The hotel was in a good location, lots of shopping and dining options either on site or close. The area was nicely decorated for the holidays. The only minor complaint I would have is if the reservation is for five adults like mine was, then there should be at minimum five towels to start the stay, not three. Granted it can be and was rectified by a quick trip to the front desk but to me it makes sense to start with those, especially with the reservation being a month or more in advance. Overall a good experience, thank you.

Perfect location for dining and a little shopping. Well lit areas and parking available. Rooms/Suites were very clean and accommodating. A few utensils and place settings to warm up leftovers. Decent refrigerator and freezer for ice packs. Shower pressure was perfect!

This hotel was acceptable. The bed was comfortable. Things were relatively clean. The bathroom was very small; there was barely enough room to stand at the sink without bumping the backs of my legs on the toilet. The shower was small - it was basically just a stand-up shower. I had to maneuver myself just to get inside and not bump the door or the walls. There was a little bit of mold in the shower and around the drain in the sink. I like the regular-size fridge - it's not a dorm style or a full-height one; it's somewhere in the middle. Compared to other hotels in the Perrysburg area in this price-range, it fares better although it wasn't what I would call great.

They have an amazing breakfast!! Fresh avocado, I was super impressed!! The coffee was good too, what a way to start the day!

We come to Perrysburg often to the Funnybone and usually stay across at the Home2. The stay here was disappointing. The television remote cover was broken and the kept falling off. The water pressure in the bathroom fluctuated as your neighbors turned on their water or fluster toilets. The bed was hard and my body aches from head to toe. The Continental quality breakfast costs $15.00. The breakfast attendant made it crystal clear that we didn't have much time to eat as we approached the area as she said, "just so you know, you only have 5 minutes. " Didn't feel like being rushed so I just walked out.

Just run far away! No hot water , no digital keys, and broken room TV.. Hilton Diamond member and I stay non stop at Hilton every week and this is for by the worse Hilton property I've experienced
