I've been working with IntelliShop as an Independent Contractor for about 4 years. The pay is reliable and better than many other evaluation companies; likely because the surveys tend to be lengthy with a substantial amount of narrative. If you don't have good writing skills, this probably isn't the company for you. This review is about a new (to me) scheduler named Doug Morrison. First of all, Doug refers to his contractors as "Auditors". That's what we do. We do audit and evaluate service. The term "Mystery Shopper" doesn't really reflect what we do. I thought that was really respectful. Further, Doug reached out via text, not one of these non-targeted emails that don't tell the contractor, up front, where the project is until the end. Doug stated he had a project, said where it was, what the pay was, and when the payout would be. We exchanged texts, spoke over the phone, and he sent the guidelines, the survey, and a link where I could research the product I'd be addressing. If you're not a service evaluator, you probably won't understand how important this type of communication is between the scheduler/project manager and the auditor. I am looking forward to working with Doug again. Thank you for the assignments, Doug. ~e

I have been working with Intellishop for about 2.5 years and it has been great. The Staff Coordinators are very helpful and respond to you fairly quickly. The instructions for the assignments are very straightforward and include a lot of pictures and details that are easy to follow. They also include things to work on after overlooking shops that have been performed. I have been very happy working with this company, which is why I have been with them for so long. I've been shopping with Intelli-Shop for over five years. I appreciate the variety of shops that have been available over that time. Their interface is easy to use. I've also never had trouble communicating with my scheduler when needed (Thanks Matt!). Payment is always on time and as expected. I tend to shop restaurants and grocery stores, but other kinds of opportunities are available. It's been a good, mutually-beneficial sort of at-my-will arrangement!

IntelliShop is a wonderful company to work with. With the leadership of Doug Morrison and Charles Simms, it makes the jobs and tasks worked extremely fun. IntelliShop has always been a respectful company to the Independent Contracts. Both Doug and Charles make the jobs a interesting, challenging and fun tasks. Very enjoyable. IntelliShop is one of the very best mystery shop companies to do mystery shopping for! They are impressively organized, highly responsive and kind, and their payment method and pay rate is ideal. Each shop has a point of contact, and Matt is the best employee I've ever worked with for mystery shopping! It's almost like this company has spoiled mystery shopping for the rest of the competitors, because IntelliShop is so good!
