My family and I stopped here on our way back to Minnesota. Kyle was our tour guide in both caves. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the caves and pointing out points of interest in those caves. Very beautiful and interesting. I would suggest that going in both caves. The gift shop has a lot of different rock formations to purchase as well as other items. Make sure to wear good shoes, jeans, and might need a light jackets. The caves are cool, wet, and damp in various spots on the walking path. This place is definitely worth the stop and going through the tours. My family and I really enjoyed it!

It was my kids' first time seeing a cave and this was perfect for them. The group was small and the tour was just a little over 30 min for each cave. Loved hearing the history of the caves. Our guide, Tiara was great!

Great tour and lots of infirmation from the guide. Beautiful and unique place to visit. We went with a school field trip so were with a group but it was not too crowded with the people we had. Tour guide did a great job of describing the caverns and giving some of the history of it. Definitely worth seeing.

Highly recommend touring both caves. It's a short walk from one to the other. Both are gorgeous! The guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The gift shop has a great selection and great prices (shocking for a gift shop) and located just outside Harrison, AR which has tons of amazing hiking in the area.
Plan on spending about 2 hours.

Great tour of the mystic cavern! My wife and I enjoyed exploring the cave. The tour guide was excellent and provided excellent stories over the cave. I would say there are quite a few steps into the cave so one may take that into account when exploring the cave.

Kevin was super friendly and helpful. Josh gave our tour and was humorous, knowledgeable and answered tons of questions from our inquisitive five year old. The girl in the shop was super sweet and great with kids. Sorry we didn't catch her name (maybe Tiara). Great tour for families and owner is clearly trying to conserve these natural beauties. Thanks! Definitely recommend Mystic only if your tour group includes older individuals, path is more uneven and steeper climb back up.

Meh, pretty boring. Got there right when a tour started, and had to wait 45 minutes to take the short crystal dome tour. When the tour started it was like 20 steps with the guide talking too much. Not worth it. Maybe the longer tour is worth it. Had more fun in the gift shop.

The caves are great but the small shop was overwhelmed with people, leaving the staff confused. They overcharged 2 out of 3 in our party and we were required to go back to the end of the long line to get it sorted out. In the end, it was all settled and we enjoyed our tours.
