TERRIBLE Place to send your loved ones. We have been in a new place now for 1 week after spending 2 months here and already see such a HUGE improvement .
The care was okay, but could be better. My step dad was left in wet diaper, cloths and bed for long periods of time. He was left in his bed for most of the day , unless myself, husband or therapy got him up and walking.
Family did laundry , but somehow cloths always ended up missing. I can count on one hand the aids and nurses that really do care for their patients.
Now for the administration , TERRIBLE!! They lie, lie about therapy reports , lie about insurance claims lie about insurance appeals. They do not turn in important paperwork needed to the insurances causing deadlines to be missed. When confronted they lie and say their fax machine was acting up.
After a few days, and I mean just a few days of being there the director came to us and basically said my step father was a vegetable and where he was physically and mentally , was the best we were going to get. “ We needed to take him home” Yet with a little bit of hard work, dedication ,encouragement and a new facility he is up and walking. I’m not sure what her definition is of skilled nursing but it’s not what she provides.
I would not recommend sending your loved ones here If you want to see change improvement and your loved ones get better.

I don’t even have anything nice to say about this place I was there for 9 months and was discharged from here and now I’m in a constant battle to have my medication called in they knew that I was leaving for a week and they sent me a 3400 bill note wait in line and bring some snacks because a life flight bill after insurance covers 96% is still 36k should I give you guys a bill for the food I had to buy instead of eating your no nurturing meals or all the food that was labelled with multiple labels that was thrown out you have a nurse there that can barely walk around and she is saposed to save lives in the event I trust my self giving me cpr vs her

The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Love their memory care unit. I would absolutely let them take care of my family member.

My grandmother was out here after a surgery and since she was there since day one it was awful. If you care about your loved ones do not leave them here. My grandmother was not given multiple of her medications while she was there in which they had. She had her own clothes she came there with and they were washing them and giving them to other patients. It took to the day she was leaving in which she was there 10 days for them to find one outfit. She also brought all her medication with her and they lost them all cops were called and nothing is being done. When multiple family members were trying to get in contact with anybody nobody would return calls or there was never anybody to speak with in person. If I could give negative stars I would. On the first few days she was here she wasn’t give proper meals she could eat being diabetic and having no teeth to chew certain foods. She asked multiple times for a food menu and explained to them how she couldn’t eat certain foods. So instead we as her family had to buy food from the store and take it up there almost everyday to make sure she was eating. She would stay awake and call us to cry due to the fact how she was being treated there!

Management does an amazing job at running the building! All of managment and employees are amazing to work with, I’ve never been so eager to pick up shifts at a job before but all of the employees make work enjoyable, they made it possible to love a job 💕

They neglect patient care if relatives are not involved Don't recommend this awful place at all they went downhill since promedica left. The main focus of this place isn't patient care. They don't follow up on schedule for meds for patients. My wife has been here and 4 days with no rehabilitation whatsoever. When I arrived to see my wife was taken care she wasn't. This racist facility feed my wife chicken taco with watermelon on the side. With the photos to prove it. I was there to visit my wife never felt comfortable in my life at a facility like this before I'm immediately transferring my wife out of this terrible place. I'm upset with the hospital for sending her there. As I left was given dirty looks as well keep your family far away as possible they don't care about patients unless relatives get involved. And wife was transferred out of facility and transportion provided ended up sending my wife back to the hospital. Look elsewhere because these employees aren't provided needed services for patients it's a joke here.

They don't even deserve 1 star, they don't give two craps for their residents or there personal belongings. It takes them forever to answer a call light, my husband fell many times cause he had to use the bathroom and no one showed up. They wait to long to send the resident out for urgent care. I went to go pick up my husbands personal belongings and half of his stuff is missing, . His electric razor, his red blanket. I wouldn't put my dog in this place and they never have help which means the residents suffer more
gone.

Recently came here to look into getting care for a loved one. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. Facility was clean and welcoming. Will most likely be moving forward with placing my family member here soon. Would definitely recommend this facility to others.
