We used Katherine Church to book our wonderful trip to Secrets The Vine, Cancun and she was amazing! Not only did she beat any price we could find on our own, she booked everything we needed...private transportation, preferred club room, and even some special "perks" for our 35th anniversary trip. I highly recommend her and will use her for all of our trips!

I just wanted to thank Terri for helping us plan our first family trip. She made the whole process easy I barely had to do anything! We went on our first cruise with Royal Caribbean and had so much fun. Terri even handled the check-in and printed out our bag labels, which was such a big help. I can’t wait to plan my next trip with her!

Becky with Vincent Vacations has been our go to for all our families travel needs. We’ve used her for multiple trips over the past few years. She recently sent us to Haven Riviera Maya and we had a great time. The hotel was clean, staff was very helpful and the food was one of the better AI food we’ve had. All in all, we would rate Haven an 8 out of 10. Only down fall for Haven. It’s not the best beach area. Becky is always a 10 of 10. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful.

Lisa was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we got to celebrate my parents' 40th anniversary in style. She was always available and replied quickly to our newbie cruiser questions. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding cruise lines and resources to make sure we took all the best excursions. We feel like we got more than we could have expected out of our Alaskan cruise with her guidance.

Jessica Pratt planned the best vacation for our family! We went to Secrets Maroma Beach Cancun in July 2024. We had never been out of the country before so we had no idea how to plan a trip. She made it so easy because she did EVERYTHING, from the minute we arrived at the airport to leave until we arrived at the airport to come home and even more! She gave us details for the entire week we would be gone! We all know vacations can have bumps in them that cannot be avoided but they can be especially scary when you’re out of the country! We had an emergency situation while we were there and Jessica was just a call away and was texting with me throughout the day and even into the night when we made it back to our resort! She held our hand the entire way. Jessica absolutely made our time away amazing even when there were bumps! We will absolutely be using her again!

We just returned from a dream trip to Italy thanks to Haley Schrock and Vincent Vacations! We traveled to Rome, Florence, Cinque Terre and Venice. Everything Haley booked for us was perfect for our family of 6. From the tours scheduled, to ease of travel, to accommodations, all were top notch and made our vacation so enjoyable! Haley made sure we didn’t have to worry with how to get to our hotels or airport as there was always someone there to load our bags and drive us to out next destination. So easy! And the hotels she chose for us were not only nice but always so close to all of the sights we wanted to see at each destination. We can’t recommend Haley enough! Thank you for an amazing and worry free trip!
