My truck was there for 2 weeks, and I told him I needed to replace the fuels tank, and they told me to check first and then they told me the price I wait more than 2 weeks and then they give me 7000$ qout ,and fuel tank prices is 3985$ and same fuel tank with Maryland international dealer shop is 1200$ when I told I can go for second opinion and call tow truck to take my truck to other mechanic shop they give me 495$ bills when I ask what you did in my truck they told me it's for labor charge we do inspection and I told him I already know there is big holes in my fuel tank I need to replace I give you Vin number why you need to do inspection ,if you do how you can charge 495$ just look down in fuel tank then they change my bills to 301$ and change bill information add one part 95$ and remaining is labor charges I ask for first bill and I told I need to get Pictures but he didn't allow me to get pictures in the end I paid 301$ bill they are stilling money from truck driver without any work I pay 301$ and my truck was bumper to bumper warranty .I wish I could give him zero star, but it's not possible

Had an EGR problem in Lodi OH went to Mansfield OH location the service dept was closed for the weekend but they had the part we then called the St Clairsville OH store and David Herrera supervisor in Service was able to work me in for much needed repairs.
If you are in need of anything be sure to come to this store they are very professional and are ready to work with you for repairs.

They basically built us a glider! We joke about this but it’s true! We started with a reman engine and went from there! Our truck was bought new from them in 2001 and it was a great experience then and a great experience now through this! From Rob and his crew in parts to Erzhi and Chad in service and Alan our technician the communication was outstanding on the whole experience! Kerianne and I are very grateful for experience and the time a whole bunch of that really went into this project to this a special thanks to Rob Hicks and Colton man the time they put into this for us! We could go on and on but this is the place to get your work done if you want top notch service and experience on your equipment! And believe me anyone who knows me knows how picky I am! Once again from Steve Hill down thanks so much for what you guys did for us and continue to do for us!

The team at Hill International, including David, Spencer, and Tyler, were superb. I dropped off my truck, and they replaced the ECA and clutch in less than 24 hours. It’s helpful to know a dealer keeps an extensive amount of parts in stock along with employing knowledgeable technicians who can beat the book time. This small, fleet owner appreciates the wonderful customer service!

Took our semi in for a 3 axle alignment. When the alignment was done service department claimed, they couldn’t break the alignment bolts loose on front drive axel. We took their word for it, drove an hour home, and looked at the bolts. We discovered they didn’t even try to break the bolts loose, and didn’t even have a wrench on them. We called the service manager the following day, and they told us they would get back with us. Never returned our phone call, two days later we tried again. Left a message for them to call us back, and still no response. 3 weeks to posting comment, still no reply.

These people take care of drivers! The facility is brand new and its great! They actually have a shower in the drivers lounge! And they're going to put in a washer and dryer for drivers. They go above and beyond just repairing your truck! Staff is awesome! Chase was very helpful in getting my truck serviced. I will be back for sure!
