Very quick and easy! The staff was very helpful and professional with every and all the questions we had asked. Very easy to extend days if you need the car longer than you thought originally and WAYYY cheaper than a normal car rental service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and will definitely be coming back to them the next time we need to rent a car!

I hate renting cars, but 24/7 made the experience easy and more than bearable. They brought the car to the body shop and it was ready when I got there. It was a newer car than I was used to so I needed help getting accustomed to it and the gentleman was more than accommodating. I would certainly recommend 24/7 and will use them again should I need to rent. Thanks for the great experience!

I highly recommend 24/7 Rent-A-Ride. Their prices are lower than the larger car rental services, and they're very prompt with communication. I've left a voicemail a couple times and got a call back within an hour. Also, they've made a deal with Evan's Body Shop in Van Buren. You can request your rental car to be placed at the Evan's lot, that way you don't have to worry about dropping your car off at Evan's then figure out how to get to the car rental lot. Excellent service overall.
