The Wild, Wild West!

I have been in a few different Longhorn Steakhouses and this one definitely had the best vibe. The decor was off the charts. From the second you walked in the lobby between doors all the way in, you really had the feeling of being in the wild west. I couldn’t help but take pictures because there were so many cool, decor areas.

Food: I ordered the Renegade Sirloin with the loaded baked potato and mixed green salad. The sirloin had a kick to it. I definitely needed my water after the first bite. My husband got the Chopped Steak. It had just the right amount of gravy and mushrooms. It was just beautiful to look at in general. The mixed green salads at Longhorn are one of my favorite salads of all restaurants. I love the way that they chop things into small pieces so then there isn’t an overwhelming taste of any specific veggies and it can be mixed nicely. The bread, of course, amazing! If I could change anything, it would’ve been that the motor baked potato be opened just a little bit more and filled more to capacity. It had a good taste, but the sea salt of the potato kind of over took it because there wasn’t enough fillings. Overall, dinner was great, just those suggestions.

We got the Chocolate Stampede for my husband‘s birthday dessert. Although we were very filled from dinner, we definitely got it down and it was delicious. Highly recommended for 2 people to share!

As I mentioned before, the decor was amazing in this location. You had collages of framed belt buckles, shelves of cowboy boots, horseshoes, and lots of western sculptures and wall art.

Lots of stalls available in the women’s restroom and modernly done.

Kid, friendly with high chairs, kids menu, and changing table.

Stacie L, our server was on her game, bringing food in a timely manner and refilling our drinks. She was also extremely friendly. A great server!

Will definitely return to this location!

Customer service is incredible. Sabrina is the nicest waitress I have ever had and the manager came out to check in to see how my food turned out. Great job LongHorn!

I came in with my husband and son and asked for a booth and a high chair, hostess said no highchair at a booth, and I said that's fine we can do a booster seat if you have them, she said she could and would seat us, then said one booth just needs cleaned, then said wait all of them are taken, there will be a wait. We said that's fine, how long will it be and she said "when someone gets up." We were nice this whole time while she was giving every answer with an attitude and she thinks that's an appropriate answer to give a customer? We left and sadly won't be back. We used to love that place too.

Every time I come here, it's either a home run or a complete miss. I ordered a medium rare porterhouse steak, and it came out completely raw. I like rare, I don't like raw... and make sure you tell them light seasoning on your steaks. Otherwise, you won't be able to taste the steak itself.

My wife ordered the Spicy Chicken Bites and I ordered the Sirloin. They gave her enough chicken for a toddler, and my steak was very dry and grainy, felt like I was chewing on desert sand. The server was really nice, but the food was absolutely horrible. Even my onions for my steak were overcooked, consistency of slime rather than onion. Couldn't even tell they were onions before they were so soft and tasteless.

I've eaten here a hand full of times. The steak is always hit or miss on how much fat your gonna get. The shrimp appetizer on its own makes for a great meal.

Arrived at 5 on Saturday evening for dinner. Promptly seated and drinks arrived a short time later, along with a loaf of fresh bread. Ordered a 12oz Ribeye, broccoli and salad. The salad was well made with all the trimmings. The Bleu Cheese dressing provided was unfamiliar but not bad. Steak was tender, portioned correctly and properly cooked. Broccoli was perfectly steamed! The dining area is open and was a little louder than I'd like, but a good dining experience.

Sabrina A made our dining experience perfect last night. We went with my parents and had the mushroom appetizer and the spinach dip appetizer. Both were excellent but we preferred putting the spinach dip on the bread provided versus the toasted pita. The pita had a very strong oily flavor and masked the taste of the spinach dip. Next time we will order the spinach dip with the toasted bread instead of the pita triangles. Our salads were cold and perfectly dressed and our steak and salmon cooked just the way we ordered. Sabrina was friendly and very attentive during our visit. It is so nice to meet someone who’s loved her job and tries her best. She surprised when we were finished with our dinner and brought us a complementary vanilla ice cream sundae. It was large enough for the four of us to share! The manager was kind and stopped by our table twice to see how our meal and service were. He even held the door for us upon leaving the restaurant. This location has the best customer service and friendly employees. It is our favorite place to dine when visiting our parents.
