I've had the ribs, chicken, Po' Boy, the beans and the slaw. All are excellent, we've been there for dinner 3 weeks in a row and plan to go next Tuesday as well. The staff are friendly, courteous, professional and prompt.

Justin brought me ribs and coleslaw to sample, Wow Outstanding! The ribs were tender and juicy. The coleslaw just perfect. I highly recomend The Rib Factory!

Family owned business that have a passion for what they do. You can taste the love that they put into their food and craft.
The ribs were perfectly done, absolutely no need for BBQ sauce, it came right off the bone and melted in your mouth.
The coleslaw was simple, yet refined and delicious. Added with the carne asada in the form of like a taco slider a wonderful touch.
The cornbread had lots of flavor and not a dry spot to be found.
The baklava cheese cake was out of this world and unlike anything I've ever had in my life.
I highly recommend if you love delicious BBQ that's not from the run of the mill corporate BBQ joint. Support your local business and give this a try. You will not be disappointed.
