We held a luncheon here for a funeral. The food and service was absolutely amazing! The servers were very kind and caring. A young man helped us carry the extra food to our vehicle. Thank you so much!

August 6, 1994 my husband Steve & I had our wedding reception here. I am so happy to see online this is still the same family ran business.
Everything is turn key and included: center pieces, linens, napkins all my color choice . The waite staff - they took such great care at a reasonable price that so many other venues would charge extra for. We had a lovely champagne fountain, appetizers, shrimp and charcuterie boards . They even did a partial sit down as it was important for us to do a champagne toast and served wedding soup then off to a full buffet. All was delicious and many said it was the best wedding they ever attended!
Fast forward to 2002 we travelled into town to Beaver, PA again for our 2nd sons first birthday dinner. They accommodated us and did a fabulous brunch. Once again great staff and service . Thank you for creating beautiful memories for us.

Had my future daughter-in-law's bridal shower there and it was amazing! The service was top notch. The staff was so polite and attentive. The set up and centerpieces were beautiful. The food was delicious and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. One of our guests was even able to use the chair lift to get down the steps. Highly recommend!!

Helped decorate for a wedding and attended. Management was rude. Would not turn on AC during set up but made it so cold during event that guests were uncomfortable. Communication was delivered with sarcasm and condescention. There were times management stood in the middle of the dance floor and scowled during the event. Food was mediocre at best. The only positive about the whole experience was the wait staff. They were AWESOME!
I cannot recommend.this place.

The food and service were excellent. We ordered the garden salad, entrees of sole piccata and stuffed peppers, and sides of smashed red potatoes, green beans almondine, and cabbage with noodles (halushki? sp?). Everyone raves about the food. My only regret is that they have a policy of no leftovers going home. We had to order the minimum of 40 lunches, but only had 25 show up on a snowy winter day.

I had an excellent experience with Franzee's for the wake after my mother's funeral. Vasilia and her staff did a wonderful job, served a delicious luncheon, and took excellent care of us. Thank you to the Barlamas family.
