Absolutely AWESOME!

I live in Hawaii so I wasn’t able to be present for my mom’s 54th birthday. Keith was a quick to respond, thorough and very friendly to speak with.
They arrived on-time (a bit early which they asked if that was okay) and my mom LOVED it. Great song, and performance.

I can’t recommend Wacky Jack’s enough.

Surprised my husband a little early for Valentine’s Day! All the sales guys thought it was hysterical! It was the funniest most random surprise! They’ll be talking about it forever! Keith made the process super easy and was right on time! It was perfection - especially the custom song! What do you get the man that has everything? A singing telegram from Wacky Jack!!!!

This service is WONDERFUL. I took my 7 year old to Pittsburgh last weekend for a birthday getaway, and booked The Works telegram. The "police officer" arrived right on time (I believe this was Keith). Not only did he have the most kid-friendly demeanor I could ask for, not only did he sing a personalized song written for my son using tidbits about him that I'd given them, but my son said after Keith left, "This is the best day ever!" This was at 10 am, and it was already the best day ever.
He brought a balloon bouquet, including a big foil #7.
He entered the airbnb claiming that there was a car illegally parked outside registered to my son's name, and asked if he had his license on him. My son was momentarily bewildered, but with a smile on his face the entire time. Keith's approach was so friendly and kind that my kiddo knew this was going to be something fun... he just didn't know what yet.
My son jumped up and down and danced in excitement the entire time the song was sung, and happily interacted and joked with the "police officer."
We will remember this for years and years and years to come, and I could not be happier that I booked it. Thank you, Wacky Jack's, for starting my son's birthday trip out so fantastically! He's still talking about it!

Wacky Jack’s has always done a fabulous job for my daughter’s birthday parties, but this time, he saved us at the last minute. Our planning committee decided to use some leftover balloons for a school event. The balloons were popping faster than we could blow them up. With the event being the next day, I called Wacky Jack’s and he really came through for us with beautiful balloons for the Father/Daughter dance. We didn’t want much, just loose balloons, although Wacky Jack’s can do some amazing special order balloon arches, etc.. The girls had so much fun with the balloons. We couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks so much!

I can't say enough about how great Wacky Jack's is! Keith came through at the 11th hour to make a college friend's 50th birthday UNFORGETABLE! Wanting to downplay turning 50, she didn't want a big to-do, but that didn't stop three college friends, in Texas, Florida, and Georgia, from making a big deal of it! 😉 I live in Dallas and connected with Keith around 4:30pm CST. He didn't hesitate to say yes for a Flamingo Flocking the very next morning! Pricing is extremely reasonable. He even sent a photo when he was done installing! The surprise to waking up on her 50th with a yard full of pink flamingos, video shared by her husband, will be a memory I'll cherish for year's to come! THANK YOU, KEITH, and Wacky Jack's! Highly recommend!
