There aren’t enough words to express my happiness while working with Personal Touch. From start to finish, they were top notch! They took the tent down today and I could not believe the staff filled the holes where the tent was staked in my yard. It’s hard to find that kind of quality work in the world today. I would give a million stars if I could. Don’t even shop around. They are worth every single penny. Thank you Personal Touch for making my daughter’s graduation party wonderful!

We have rented from Personal Touch at least 6 times now - 3 kids graduations, 2 wedding showers 1 wedding and I am sure I am missing something else. I cannot remember because there is never an issue - always on time - always as discussed. We appreciate your ability to make things easy.

Excellent experience. We needed 6 large banquet tables and 50 chairs for our wedding. Booking was easy. They requested a 50% deposit 2 weeks prior to the wedding and double checked if we still needed the same number of chairs in case we didn't need that many. The remaining amount was charged several days before the event. The tables and chairs arrived on time. The driver was able to skillfully maneuver the trailer and truck (in reverse) up the winding drive of the property we had rented. They were able to pick up the tables and chairs the day after on a Sunday (at extra cost). The driver even offered to take our trash down to the dumpster at the end of the drive just to be helpful. Highly recommend them if you need party or event supplies in the lancaster/hocking hills area.

I would highly recommend personal touch as they made my wedding day as stress free as possible. All communication between us and personal touch was quick and to the point. Anytime i needed something added or removed from our quote, the team at personal touch was always there to assist.

The driver who physically delivered the items to our venue was extremely kind. He worked independently to set our items in the best places possible for us to continue setting up. He ensured that all items were accounted for prior to departing and gave clear pick up instructions. HIGHLY recommend!

Carole is beyond PHENOMENAL! She helped me put together everything I would need for my wedding with 245 guest. Her son came to set up and the apple does not fall far from the tree. My husband and I set our wedding date six weeks after our engagement! Talk about a whirlwind! I called around to a few other local party companies and could not believe their lack of customer service. They were down right RUDE! I had a vision in my head but wasn't exactly sure how to make it come to life.

I was referred to Personal Touch and was instantly pleased with their genuine willingness to help me figure out what I needed. I was able to get linens, tents, chairs, a dance floor and lights - all at one place! I think I called every day the week before the wedding checking, adjusting and double checking again. Not once was the staff rude or annoyed by my questions.

The tent arrived two days before the wedding, giving us plenty of time to set up and decorate. Everything they sent was in great condition. Our guests couldn't believe how amazing our "simple" tent wedding and reception was.

I will not only use Personal Touch for any future event that I host, but would refer them to any and everyone! Customer service is a huge deal to me and they went above and beyond.

I rented a small amount of tables and chairs and couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality and cleanliness of the tables and chairs along with the ease of pick up and return of the tables and chairs. The website had all the pricing and easy to understand. Carol was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family and will be sure to use them for my next party, big or small.

Love this place. They are super knowledgeable and so friendly. Made my decision on where to rent from an easy one after calling around to several places.

I rented a cotton candy machine to make cotton candy for an event one weekend. They explained how to use it, made sure it functioned properly before I left, and it was in great condition. The machine worked perfectly and even though I had never used one before, it worked our great and the kids (a 6th grade choir) loved the cotton candy.

But what's more, I was supposed to return the machine on the following Monday. My wife's car wouldn't start that morning so she took mine without mentioning it, not realizing that the machine was in my car and I had planned to return it on my lunch break. When I called and explain my circumstances they said no problem just bring it in the next day. No charge, they were totally understanding. They will have me as a customer for any Party Rental needs from this day on.
