BEST! VENUE! EVER!!! We worked with Theresa & Joe at Flora and Field for over 2.5 years planning our rustic fall-themed October 2023 wedding. Every single step in the process was easy and enjoyable. We loved that everything was on-site - the wedding party house, the groom's quarters, the ceremony room, the cocktail area and the reception barn.

From the day we signed our agreement we knew we were making an investment on the venue but it not only includes so much (decor, complimentary florals, some key signage) but if you choose to use Flora and Field for florals - you can get a premium package for a lesser price than what is typical in the industry. AND, my flowers were gorgeous.

Every single part of our big day was executed flawlessly and with excellence. We were also blessed to work with Victoria, another day-of Coordinator. Theresa made sure we felt super comfortable with each decision, and even offered ideas and solutions when we hit minor roadblocks. I will say, it was helpful to work with partners that had worked at Flora and Field before. Our caterer hadn't been, but noticed we didn't have to be hands on with the others.

Our wedding party and guests were also blown away by how accommodating and friendly Theresa, Joe and their team was. From handicap accessible parking arrangements, to helping my brother (who has Autism) with his role, helping us make things fun for the 17 kids we had... it was all just perfect. We had a little bit of trouble with Deer Creek down the road for accommodations but we knew that part wouldn't be perfect. It was doable for the venue. If you are looking for a venue that is rustic but premium, we would HIGHLY recommend Flora & Field! It's an experience we will hold in our hearts forever.

We had our wedding at Flora and Field in June and we cannot recommend this venue enough!! From the first time I talked to Theresa she made me feel like family. Her, Joe, Hallie and the rest of the amazing staff made our wedding planning process feel so easy and stress free! Our wedding weekend was absolutely amazing from the second we got there on Friday until we pulled off the property on Sunday. Our wedding is something that we will always cherish and we will never forget. A huge part of this is due to Flora and Field, the owners and their amazing staff!

There are not enough words to say how amazing this venue is! Not only is it the most beautiful venue we visited, it offered the most for our money and we visited over 10 venues. On top of it being some place out of a fairytale (many of our guests told us it was the most beautiful venue they had ever seen) the staff was so kind and helpful through every step of the way . Our planner Hallie was so helpful in answering every little question I had and walking me through every detail . The owners might just be the best part, you can truly tell they love their jobs and take a vested interest in each couple. The day of my rehearsal and the day of my wedding they both were there helping with every step and you can tell their whole staff loves working for them. I was told by many of there employees that they are just the greatest people and I saw it first hand. Theresa and Joe truly made my wedding experience so stress free and magical. They blew my expectations out of the water I still get butterflies about how amazing the whole experience was. I’m sending every couple I know to them!

Flora and Field was the first wedding venue that my fiancée and I visited when looking for the perfect place. After seeing the property and venue in person we knew that we would not have to look any further. We booked a Saturday Wedding for October with the Friday night stay at the house on the property. We were assigned to Morgan as our main wedding coordinator/planner. Over the year period we were able to meet with her multiple times for various meetings. Once the final details meeting was done a couple weeks prior we knew everything would be great on wedding day. Morgan made sure everything was perfect on the day of and that things ran seamlessly even when small detail errors happened such as catering forgetting some items therefore having to run back out. She was the perfect combination of checking in with us vs not over stepping on our big day and she made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Theresa and Joe, the owners, were fantastic and even allowed us to try some things that they were unsure of such as kegs and send off lanterns. You can tell that they take pride in their venue and it truly shows with the amazing amenities as well as the beautiful craftsmanship of the barns. Theresa and Joe even threw in something special that we did not order from them (a huge overhead floral arrangement in the dining area) which was a nice surprise as it was not in our budget. My wife and I could not have imagined a more perfect day and Flora and Field absolutely delivered on that. If you are professional with them and treat their property and time with respect, they will absolute make sure your day is perfect. Highly recommend this venue!

Words cannot express the gratitude my husband and I have for Theresa and Joe Berger, their wonderful staff and beautiful venue. During our first venue visit, Theresa and Joe sat down with us for hours just getting to know us as people. Their warmth, thoughtfulness and genuine enthusiasm for providing couples with the absolute best experience was evident from that first meeting, and was the polar opposite of what we had previously encountered during several other venue visits in Columbus and Cincinnati. Needless to say, that first meeting was all it took for us to know Flora and Field was the one!

Theresa, Joe and their staff spent an inordinate amount time making sure we were always happy and comfortable, from setting up standing planning meetings at the farm (which often lasted for hours on end, simply because we had too much fun :), to going above and beyond to find decor to provide the perfect boho-chic vibe, to endlessly hunting down hard-to-find flowers for my dream bouquet and arrangements. The team truly exceeded all of our expectations from planning to the wedding day itself. The Bergers' passion for people, and forging not just working relationships with their couples but lasting friendships, is something you simply won't find elsewhere. This is a one of a kind experience, and one that my husband and I will cherish forever.

I had the privilege of getting married here on 8/17/24 and it truly was the best day of my life! From the very first day we toured the venue, Theresa made it to the most enjoyable, stress free experience. She guided us through the entire wedding process, gave us deadlines of when things should be taken care of to make the day as smooth and fun as possible, gave us recommendations on floral, decor, timeline, etc.

Theresa and her team kept a smile on their faces through the entire rehearsal dinner and wedding day. Their coordination services are truly top notch. They made all of my guests feel welcome and gave them a VIP experience. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! It was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I hope everyone gets lucky enough to spend a day at this venue!
