We have owned and used out Timeshare for aprox. 25 years. Went to find out how to lower maintenance fees. We love our Marriott; But the fees are getting ridiculous! They educated us on our options without stress or pressure. We were hesitant, even with the great reviews and A+ rating, but we needed to talk to our kids. The Representative said ok, gave card, number and said she would be available if we had any questions, even if we didn't want to do anything at all. That impressed us. We called the next day, after talking to the kids, and opted to get out from under the deeds, and still travel without the huge maintenance fees and 'perpetual deed' stuff. 8 months later, we are at the end of our process of eliminating our deed. Have used the program a lot and are happy with what we did. We DO recommend this company.

We attended a meeting about 10 months ago. We were offered a free meal, and to be educated on how to lower maintenance fees and the new updates that have happen - specially since Covid.
We purchased our Timeshare many years ago and have used it regularly. But we are getting older and are worried about the maintenance fees and what others have told us about our kids being obliged to take it when we pass. The Consultant who helped us, was very professional and patient. She answered all of our questions (and we had a lot!). We came into the meeting with a bond, between us, that we were going to understand our options, without making any decisions that night. We walked out a couple hours later feeling relieved that they found the right solution for our family. I have purposely waited to write this review until the process was we paid for was completed. I can now say we are out of our timeshare and have had the opportunity to use the DreamStar program. It works Exactly as we were shown. It took about 7 1/2 months to process us out of our Westgate deed. I have heard horror stories from friends our age being taken by scammers. But this company is truly a good righteous company! I highly recommend them!

Creative agency has reach out to me asking to join a conference 35 miles away from where I live saying that there new laws that helps time share owners. Requested me to come with my husband. We were there. They took the info they need and they have decide that we are not eligible for the program so they did let any server serve our table. Even though we agreed to pay out our pocket for the dinner they have promised to offer dinner for our visit. I hope I can give no starts for the agency for customer service. They are BAD and worst customer service. No intention to help any one.

Creative Consults is a very professional company. It's staff of agents were very helpful and instrumental in delivering the overwhelming results my wife and I were looking for. We are very satisfied with the handling of the transfer of our timeshares.We would recommend anyone with any problems with their timeshares to rely on Creative Consults to fix them. This company IS A SCAM.
I met with a "Mr. Cooper" today. He and his so-called assistant Chelsey Davis thought that I was some dumb guy ready to give whatever they say. I questioned them about why they say their headquarters is in Houston but the website points to Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Their answers were ridiculous. Then I asked them a few other questions and again they had long-winded double-talk responses. I don't know about other educated well-off professionals, but they aren't going to scam me. Let's just say the meeting was short and to the point as I exposed their deceptions. I strong advise every to steer away from Creative Consults LLC. Just the name itself should raise red flags--"Consults"?

--February 11, 2019---UPDATE-- Since making this post 2 weeks ago, I received a letter from an attorney threatening me with a demand. No, I am not going to remove this post. My First Amendment Right gives me the privledge to voice my concerns, and again, I warn everyone to stay away from this scam.

Oh, and I notice that they suddenly have a bunch of new posts in the lasts two weeks from "employees" who "are happy to work" at Creative Consults. Interesting.

This company is a huge scam. They cheated my 89 year old mother out of $3600 for timeshare cancellation almost 18 months ago and absolutely NOTHING has been done. I wish she had contacted me before she paid them. Do not hire this company!
