The location in Chillicothe office was easy to get to. Plenty of parking. I worked with Brandy Mc Quirt. She was very friendly and acknowledgeable. She took time to answer all my questions and concerns. Then Brandy told me about the EZ pass. She helped me get signed up for that. I appreciate all she did to help us with our trip. ( she is a keeper) just saying. Thanks Karen

Always love Hooters. This is a franchise store so they have a little different menu since reopening from COVID. No smoked wings and no buffalo platter, but the buffalo shrimp was the best I've had. The big fish sandwich was also good. And as always, love the Pepsi.

As far as the driving school goes, had a terrible experience. Took first two lessons with a very impatient and intimidating instructor. I needed to reschedule the other two lessons, but was told by AAA the that the one and only person who schedules was not available during the day (even though she was there before to schedule my first two). I left messages on the lady’s voicemail, but heard nothing after 3 more months. I asked for a partial refund and was told it usually takes one day to get approved then AAA will can you to get your card information. About two weeks later of waiting yet again for a phone call from AAA I’m done. For such an expensive course I would expect them to be more mindful of those taking on the lessons. Very disappointed. Mind you during all these months of waiting, my father unexpectedly passed, and I could be using the partial refund to help my mom with bills, but AAA doesn’t care.

Had a tire blowout yesterday and the tire could not be repaired. We had an important appointment at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. The first driver was sent and couldn’t repair the tire. The second driver, Nick, not only towed the car to a tire shop in Columbus but helped us figure out the best way to make the appointment on time and dropped us off in time to make it there. Then my son left an iPad in the tow truck and he met us that night on the way home to return it to us. He certainly went out of his way for us and probably has no idea how Much it meant to us. He’s a good man and an asset to your company.

Everyone I spoke to had a terrible attitude. Was told it would take 20 mins and I called back 40 mins later and they told me it would be an additional 45 and not to leave my car when it was a foot from fast traffic and 90 degrees outside. Closing my account with them. Caused more stress than anything and I would rather pay more money for an outside tow truck than be treated with the littlest respect with this account!

Well i paid the fee and to get my card towed its was going yo cost $75 extra for the first 24hr and for the first 7 days they would only 3 miles for free. They car i have has lock nuts and i dont have the key and the towe truck cant unlock it.
