The ladies at the front desk our polite and as helpful as they can be. When I walk in and tell them no one from child support ever answers they laugh because they know I’m telling the truth they know how wrong these people do you . Child support is illegally stealing my money. They do what they want and never pick up their phone. They make their own rules and do not follow even the courts ruling. This is the most corrupted place ever at least as far as it goes concerning child support!
I’m going to expose these people for who they are ! I get more disturbing facts daily about some of the case workers ! It’s a complete joke and I’m at a loss for words. I hope and PRAY they are held accountable for their actions and the families they hurt !

Explain what the point of having a PRC for working people is if the workers at jobs and family are not going to bother to answer the phone or want to transfer you to someone who can't or won't answer the phone if they're not going to bother to return phone calls and use the excuse that they have such a case load that they can't handle anything I applied for a PRC for gas cards a week ago I cannot get to work now because someone is not doing their job and helping me out like they're supposed to I've not heard anything .I'm a tax payer yet I can not get help with anything ! Why !? Don't use the excuse that your busy , I have a job as well and I get busy yet I manage to return my calls , emails and communicate on a daily basis .
Then when you call to try to get answers apparently your not allowed to be upset , Just because I get irritated that you want to transfer me to someone who won't return my calls .What is the point ?

You people are a joke, and you failed my late father. Multiple calls were made on the behalf of my dad, and Dave (APS) refused to investigate because he was too afraid of my abusive uncle getting aggressive with him! What good is Adult Protection when you aren’t protecting anyone? Now he’s dead (from unrelated causes) and he died a victim. Thanks for that, Dave. I hope you sleep well at night.

The ladies are so good natured. They always are helpful with all my problems I have always had a smile with all the information I need. Really scary when your all alone and at my age of 71. Sometimes I don't think I am going to make it.

Great bunch of people down there always smiling eager to help you will even come out of the office in the back have to see you standing out there I saw one woman she was going on break just her over her say her feet hurt her and she had been on them all day and couldn't wait to sit down again and she came out from the back into the hallway saw a gentleman standing there and went straight over to him and asked him what he needed that's great ....
