I’m so grateful to have Nicole and Audrey take my entire vision of my wedding day and bring it into fruition with the most stunning day! A backyard tented wedding is no small feat and needs experience to pull it together. If you are having any tented event you absolutely need an experienced team and no one better than Sirpilla Soirees! I was not prepared for the reveal of our venue and how stunning every little detail came together. From the backyard I grew up in to my dream wedding venue, the transformation was unmatched. I am so thankful for Nicole and Audrey who thought of everything to help me appreciate what details make a big impact and helping manage our all of our vendors! We still cannot stop looking at pictures from our day and are so grateful for their wonderful team!

Nicole, Audrey and the entire team were incredible to work with. From the beginning they made the wedding planning process stress free and organized. I am not one with an eye for design, but they took what we wanted the wedding to feel like and created a flawless experience. Every little detail was thought out. I was truly able to tell friends and family that “wedding planning is easy. I am not stressed at all” because I knew they had everything under control. I could not recommend them enough!!

When you think about hiring a wedding planner, your hope is that you hire someone who you can trust. Someone who can make your vision come to life. Someone who can make your day go as smooth as possible. But never did I think I could gain a friend in the process. Brennan was an absolute dream to work with. She put her entire heart and soul into our wedding and made it the absolute best day it could possibly be. It was even better than what I had dreamed of since I was a little girl. She helped me build a “dream team” for our wedding day filled with amazing vendors that actually made planning a wedding fun! Brennan and her team from Sirpilla Soirées made the day go by seamlessly. Working with Kate at Sirpilla Soirees was an absolute dream. I reached out to the company in December of 2020 to inquire about our October 2022 wedding. Nicole responded right away and referred me to Kate who wasted no time getting the ball rolling. From our first meeting, I knew we had made the right choice. Kate is so professional, friendly, organized and easy to work with. She arranged florist consultations to take place at my home so I didn’t have to change my work schedule. She was always willing to meet later in the afternoon to accommodate my fiancés schedule as well. As someone who never had much interested in planning and executing a wedding, Kate made the whole process fun and even enjoyable! Their preferred vendor list is top notch. We ended up hiring almost all of our vendors off of it and let me tell you, they all made our planning and actual wedding day a breeze. When I tell you we couldn’t have done this wedding without Kate, it is the absolute truth. Oh and the design vision packet! What a great tool to have to share with vendors. It is so fun to look back at our design board and then at pictures of our actual wedding and see how it all came together. Kate truly
Made everything run smoothly from our first meeting, to our last dance, to driving our giant van full of wedding decorations to a parking lot for us to pick to the next morning (seriously, she’s an angel). I don’t know how people plan weddings without a professional planner and coordinator and I cannot recommend Kate and Sirpilla Soirees enough.

Nicole played a phenomenally huge part of planning and designing our dream destination wedding. We hired her for a full planning experience, and she went above & beyond every step of the way. We knew our wedding was in great hands. She executed everything on our wedding day perfectly with a fantastic assistant. I fully trusted her to make any last minute changes that had to happen logistically, because let's be honest here - nothing ever goes exactly according to plan. She was with us every step of the way and we could not recommend a better person for the job! Hire this girl!

We booked sirpilla soirées for our wedding which was a very quick turnaround and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. We had Brennan as our planner and Audrey for design. They made such an amazing team and made the process so easy for me. We have very busy schedules but Brennan was able to help work around to get in all of the meetings with vendors and even attended some of those when we were unable to. She let us choose what we wanted but also took the lead when we were uncertain and asked for her opinion. Would highly recommend to any couple getting married!

Nicole was such a joy to work with! I shot a wedding at the Onesto in Canton, Ohio where she was the month of coordinator and the day couldn't have gone any better. Nicole helped me with the dress shot, made sure all the candles were lit for ceremony and detail photos and made sure the flowers were brought back from the church right in time for me to photograph the reception. Nicole put together a very extensive timeline to make sure everyone was on the same page and as a bonus, she even created a separate timeline just for me, the photographer. I truly appreciate that! From the minute I arrived to the very last photo taken, I knew everything was right on track, thank you Nicole! I look forward to working many more weddings with you!
