My daughters and I had the best experience with Reilly Properties in Shaker Hts. We needed temporary housing quickly what needed to be for 3 month end of being 6 months due to a house fire. Our stay was A1 and if there there was any issues. Lindsey took care of everything in a timely manner. We are extremely grateful for warmth and compassion they had during one of the stressful months of our lives.

A nice conversation with Lindsey is all it took to know we were making the right decision renting from Reilly Properties. Lindsey listened to our needs and recommended 2214 Lee Blvd in East Cleveland, directly across from a huge park. Our own private driveway and two car garage!
Great communication and responsiveness to questions and concerns.
Very fair pricing and flexibility. We extended our stay twice! It’s often difficult to gauge the length of stay after heart surgery and Lindsey was understanding and accommodating…thanks again Lindsey for making this trip from Florida to Cleveland very successful.
This home was warm and cozy. We had everything we needed! Found we overpacked…there’s a beautiful, full size washer, dryer, iron in a large laundry room.
Fire TV had all the apps we needed! Internet was fast, never failed.
We were completely satisfied! When your loved one is facing heart surgery, it’s a comfort to know you can count on Reilly Properties and especially Lindsey to offer comfortable, affordable accommodations, understanding the needs of their client, and making every effort to deliver a great product. I'm pleased to recommend Reilly Properties Short Term Rentals! When my family and I suffered a total-loss house fire, Reilly properties was able to very quickly (within 1-2 days of viewing a property) arrange accommodations in my desired neighborhood. They were easy to work with, responsive, and professional. They were also very flexible, and let me extend my lease monthly, as needed. I'd also like to highlight the company's Operations Director; Lindsey. She was so responsive and helpful, and made a stressful time much smoother.

The home on Lynfield was heaven sent after our home was destroyed after a devastating tornado. The home was clean and the small patio in the back was a beautiful addition as well. Lindsey really came through to advocate for us after a month long stay in a hotel. We highly recommend!

We have stayed at different Reilly properties on numerous occasions and they have always been fantastic! The owners and staff are always response and super helpful. Each property has been nicely cared for, furnished in homey ways, and always has a complete kitchen setup that’s great to use. We will stay at a Reilly property anytime we can when we are in Cleveland!

My family, including pets(cats and dog) stayed at the Reilly property on Maple Road for over 5 months and it was an enjoyable experience. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The Reilly staff was helpful over the winter months with snow removal and gave us a heads up if someone was visiting the house to get to the garage. The location was great and the neighbors were very friendly. We walked in the neighborhood frequently and felt very comfortable. We were also able to get to the lakeshore quickly and visit one of the available parks close by. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend staying at this Reilly facility.

We just moved out of a Reilly Property after almost two years while our house was being renovated. They were great to work with. The house was furnished with just about everything we needed while we were there, and they allowed our pets to stay with us. Reilly Properties was very responsive to any problems or concerns that we had with the rental. The maintenance workers were professional and friendly. We highly recommend this company if you are in need of a short-term rental.
