Pinecroft was such a beautiful wedding venue. The team was so helpful leading up to the event, and they executed Flawlessly the day of!! We couldn’t believe the amount of support and people we had the day of our wedding to ensure it ran smoothly without a single hiccup. They had so many small touches that made the experience awesome- from the team who set up our breakfast and lunch, to how they folded the napkins for our reception, to having apps and drinks setup for the bride and groom to make sure we had time to eat, and so much more. Our guests still talk about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the dinner was! Pinecroft is a charming, elegant venue with an awesome team and the best food. I highly recommend!

Pinecroft and the Delightmore team made me and my husband’s wedding day a dream come true! The Delightmore team is extremely experienced, organized, professional, friendly, and well-prepared. The level of planning and attention to detail they apply to their client’s events allows them to achieve near perfect execution the day of. The team I worked with was always responsive to any questions or inquiries I had, provided advice and suggestions, and were a joy to work with. The Pinecroft mansion and grounds are unbelievably beautiful - the property radiates elegance and grandeur. There are several locations to hold the ceremony, offering clients different options depending on their preferences. The bridal and groom suites are convenient and help for making a stress free morning. Choosing Pinecroft as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made.

From the moment we toured The Pinecroft with Michele, we knew we were in great hands. The team at DelightMore is professional, friendly, and truly amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was everything we dreamed it could be.

The Pinecroft itself is an absolutely stunning venue. I’ve received endless compliments from our guests, who were all blown away by its beauty and charm. Many of them also remarked on how smoothly the day went, which is a testament to the incredible coordination and care from the DelightMore team.

Working with Emylie on design was a dream. The DelightMore team’s detailed and organized planning process broke everything down into manageable steps, making what could have been daunting feel simple and fun. We didn’t even need to hire an external planner because they handled everything, which is especially impressive given that I was an out-of-town bride! They were so accommodating—offering extra design meetings, coordinating directly with our vendors, and even allowing us to take an additional tour when my dad was in town.

One particularly thoughtful touch was their coordination of a special design meeting with my other vendors, Robin Wood Flowers and The Plant Trolley. During this meeting, we reviewed the design for our tent, and it was amazing to watch that group work together to create such a beautiful and cohesive design.

On the wedding day, everything ran perfectly. If anything went wrong, I never knew about it because the DelightMore team had it all under control. They provided breakfast and snacks in the morning, and we were able to get ready at the venue, which made the day so much easier. The flow of events was effortless, and I was able to truly relax and enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics.

The food was absolutely delicious, and they were so thoughtful in accommodating my food allergies and those of my guests. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they thought of things I never would have considered, ensuring no stone was left unturned. For example, they set aside time during the cocktail hour for my husband and me to unwind for a few minutes and made sure we had the chance to eat some food and try all of our hors d’oeuvres. They even snuck us some cake when I requested it! At the end of the night, they sent us home with our desserts so we could enjoy them later.

What truly sets DelightMore apart is their genuine excitement and care. The team was just as invested in my wedding as I was, and it felt like they were right there with me, helping to make my dreams come true. I even got to see several team members throughout the day, which made it so special to share in the joy of what we’d worked on together.
I had such a great experience that it’s hard to choose which anecdotes to include in this review—I have so many examples of the team being flexible, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making the day perfect.

I am so thankful for this incredible experience and wish this level of care and professionalism for every bride. The Pinecroft and DelightMore made my wedding day unforgettable, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Pinecroft was the perfect setting for our wedding- We fell in love with the venue as soon as we saw it. From getting ready upstairs, to pictures around the grounds, a ceremony in the orchard, and the reception in a climate-controlled tent, all with a lovely staff, out wedding dreams came to life!

What can we say about Pinecroft? It is one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Cincinnati. The incredibly architecture, the gorgeous European inspired gardens and beautiful event tent just scratches the surface on how amazing this venue is. We photographed a recent wedding at Pinecroft and their staff couldn't have been nicer. We are so glad our couple chose Pinecroft because it made our jobs so easy. Pinecroft was a beautiful venue for a beautiful wedding! All of our guests were in awe walking through the mansion. It has the historical charm we were seeking combined with the opportunity for an outside wedding. Working with Emylie and Michelle was a Delight. More attention was given to our event than we could have hoped for. Special shout out to the catering staff for serving delicious food! Additionally, the bridal suite was a dream with plenty of space for 14 people. The groom's area was a fun and practical space. We could not imagine having our wedding anywhere else!

This historical estate is one of my favorite venues in Cincinnati! The mansion is beautiful inside and out! The grounds have so many incredible spots for photos and the reception tent is perfect! The staff is always extremely helpful. The Pinecroft Mansion is the perfect venue, it will bring all of your wedding day visions to life!! I highly recommend!

The Pinecroft Estate is one of my favorite locations to get brides ready at. The property is stunning year round. The space they have for bridal parties is spacious and unique. The staff is top notch always communicating and checking in on everyone. The best part for me (hairstylist) is the "ready room" high chairs for makeup artists and outlets for stylists, mirrors and seating areas ect. The Pinecroft staff will go out of their way to make vendors and brides extremely comfortable and feel accommodated. I highly recommend it.
