We had an early check-in at this hotel due to bad weather and booked a room on the spot. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making the process smooth. The hotel itself was well-maintained and had a pleasant ambiance. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. They offer a morning buffet, which was decent but could have had more variety. One of the best parts is its convenient location, with a mall nearby for shopping and dining. A relatively modern hotel (10 years old) with very welcoming staff. Room rates were very reasonable for size of room booked. Room is cold and modern, without any warm elements or feeling. Very few amenities - just one bar of soap and the wall dispensers. Our room had a kitchen, but no plates, glasses, etc. Bed was comfortable and HVAC worked well. No issues with internet connections.

The hotel was warm and inviting and it will be our go to in the area in the future. The staff at check-in were all welcoming and professional. The lobby was clean and inviting, and I love the little conversation areas avaialble to relax, have a bite or drink or just a cozy place to sit and chat. We were very pleased with our room, the layout, the amenities, the cleaniness, the size of the room, all the little details were covered. ||Thank you!

First and foremost I want to say that I never sleep well in hotels, however, The bed we had was perfect. The sheets were clean and crisp, the pillows were soft and fluffy. No lie, it was the best sleep I’ve ever had. ||Also, the bathroom was extremely clean and more than enough towels were available. There’s also an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer in the king size room. ||The single serve coffee/tea maker along with the coffee mugs, as well as the drinking glasses were nice touches. Also, the shower had full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Our son will be going to JCU and we have stayed here twice so far. It will be our go to for the next four years. The staff is friendly and welcoming, hotel and rooms are clean and the location is great with shops and restaurants very close. Had a billing issue that was completely my fault and management handled it professionally and with compassion for my mistake. Highly recommend.

I had the most welcoming, fantastic experience at this hotel when I came to Cleveland on a business trip. The rooms were immaculate, spotless and the the staff was welcoming. Bri at the front desk went above & beyond to take care of me and made sure to look out for me by setting up an account to ensure I got my rewards points, Bri is a ray of sunshine

Really clean and well equipped hotel that was very comfortable. Included breakfast, well equipped gym, and comfortable sitting areas for working remote. Parking garafe was convenient and the hotel had a very central location with an easy check in process. Would gladly stay again.

Unfortunately I cannot say that my experience was good, due to the level of cleanliness I experienced as well as the constant mess ups from staff and inconsistency with charging us for our stay. The house keeping staff are not very polite, was told by the house keeper that she wouldn’t give us more towels due to us not being apart of her “assigned rooms”. Our room was also completely skipped over when it came to house keeping actually going in and doing their jobs, and when asked why we were given no explanation and we were told that they would come by on our check out date…. Which obviously didn’t help us. In the end I would not return, nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone else, on a positive note the night time front desk clerk was helpful.
