As a photographer this venue is a dream. They have carefully thought out all the details so weddings are seamless for their couples. My couple had Jonah from Everhart as their coordinator and I cannot sing his praises enough. He went above and beyond for everyone involved in the day - vendors included. From the various locations available on property, to the lighting and even catering I mean truly everything has been thought out and you will be in the best hands at Everhart.

My nephew had his wedding here, I officiated for him and his beautiful new wife. I was here all day, with the groomsmen and my brother in law. Very nice place, staff was amazing. The groom room was great, all amenities needed. There were 10 of us all day, and not tight on space. Room had a pool table, and shuffle board, large TV, big refrigerator, couch and chairs as well as a separate dressing room. It is a beautiful property. If you are looking for a great place for a wedding or gathering, I highly recommend looking at it.

WOW what an amazing place to have a wedding. The venue is beautiful and has so many places for ceremony’s the options are endless. The real stars of this venue are the staff at Everhart! Taneshia was extremely responsive with any and all of the millions of things I asked for. If I needed something Taneshia made it happen. Our day of coordinator/ designer Jonah was absolutely WONDERFUL. Jonah has absolutely everything under control. Absolutely any issue that arose on my wedding day I had no clue happened, why? Because Jonah handled everything and made sure I was able to lay back and relax. I could write a book about comforting it was to have him in charge of my wedding.
Everhart is such a beautiful place and that will definitely get you in the door but if you want to know for a fact that your wedding will run smooth and that this venue is highly reliable, responsive and organized. Look no further. I would host here a million times over.

The perfect venue.
The grounds are beautiful & well-maintained. (so dreamy, like a fairytale)
The reception hall is modern & stunning.
The staff is friendly, kind, and always willing to help! They always answered any question/concern promptly & kindly!
They were willing to help in any way…
I also stayed the night before my wedding in the cabin on the grounds, with my bridesmaids, and it was so convenient & stress free!

As a wedding photographer, I need to tell you how much I LOVE Everhart. This is one of my favorite venues!!

Firstly, the staff!! They are ALL absolutely amazing!! Everyone there goes above and beyond not only for their Bride & Groom, the for the families, guests, and vendors.

A special shoutout goes to Jonah!! Aside from the fact that he’s an amazing human being, he is a creative genius with decor and goes above and beyond to make the day perfect.

Second. The spaces are stunning. The main venue is gorgeous and the glass windows lookout over the beautiful property. There are so many impeccable details, from the state of the art sound system, to the bar, and even the chandeliers. The getting ready cabin is spacious and beautiful. It also has floor to ceiling glass windows that overlook the landscape. It has plenty of room to get ready in while also looking stunning for photos. The conservatory is also beautiful and the perfect location for a ceremony of it’s raining or cold out.

Third. The landscape. There are so many locations for photos and ALL of them are picture perfect. There are so many different locations for wedding party photos, couples portraits, sunset photos, and ceremony spots. It’s basically the whole place. And they are constantly making it more beautiful.

And last, but certainly not least. The lighting. I’m sure it’s probably not something most people think about, but as a photographer, I can tell you that light is the key for amazingly gorgeous images and Everhart is a dream location for photographers.

I can’t say enough good things about Everhart. If you’re looking for a venue that has it all, please consider this one.

My fiance (now husband) and I got married at Everhart Gathering Place 4/2024. From the first planning meeting to the big day, they assist with every detail. They offer/pair with preferred vendors for their catering, DJ, decor, and wedding coordination which made the planning process that much easier. The entire staff at Everhart, especially Jonah and TaNeshia, helped to make our day perfect. Every detail was thought out and executed perfectly making the day so seamless. The space was everything we were looking for in a venue - beautiful, spacious, modern, and all-inclusive. We cannot recommend this venue enough!

Everhart Gathering Place is a photographer's dream!! So many beautiful landscapes and outdoor photo locations and indoor amenities are spacious, modern, and gorgeous. The food was also spectacular! Lia, the coordinator for the wedding I photographed, communicated well with me and made sure everything ran smoothly. Can't recommend getting married here enough!
