Thank you to Jackpot Games and Party 411 for creating a memorable night with professional dealers, game tables, a casino themed photo booth, and more. It was fun for everyone, even for those who had never played blackjack and roulette before! The professional dealers took time to help everyone learn how to play and have fun. They were interactive and engaging the whole night.

We worked with Jackpot Games for our New Years Eve event and boy what a great experience we had! They delivered everything and more! The dealers were great and educational and had people playing all night long! Mark was our main contact and he was great at responding whenever we had a question, even came out to see the space and talk over details. If you are looking for casino games for your next event, HIGHLY recommend!!

The entire team was extremely professional! They did such a great job with the set up and gift display! The dealers were very helpful and showed people how to play some of the games and were very interactive with our group! They also helped with the gift raffle (I didn’t have my glasses so they were giving me the numbers!). Then the clean up was quick and easy! Everyone enjoyed the night and even those who didn’t gamble still had fun trying their luck!

So many people were thanking me for all of the organization and I couldn’t take credit for their amazing work! The team was awesome!

We truly appreciated everything they did and can’t wait until we have another event to use them!

I want to thank Mark and his amazing staff at Jackpot Games for their donation for our event this past Friday. I work for Mercy Hospice in Canton, Ohio and one of our dear patients was unable to make it to a casino as her last wish, so with Mark and his crews help, we brought the casino to her. We are beyond grateful for all they did. Not only did our patient get her last wish, but the other residents were able to enjoy along with her. This experience was not only for our patient, but her family too. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU Mark for all you provided for our patient’s memories. It truly is a celebration of life!! We used Jackpot Games for a team building Sales Meeting Event September 10th, 2024. Mark Levis and his team were outstanding! We had two Blackjack tables, one Roulette and one Craps table. The dealers were super fun and willing to teach the games to those that haven't played before. We also had a photo booth set up - and you could email or text the pictures to yourself, which was a nice touch. The entire Jackpot staff was on time, friendly and easy to work with. We will most definitely use Jackpot Games for future events!

We used Jackpot games for a staff party and the team was great! The dealers were there to ensure you had fun. If you wanted to learn how to play the game, they would teach you. If a group already knew how to play, they would just play! I would highly recommend them for a party or as an addition to a larger party
