Haley exceeded all of my expectations when she made my wedding cake. As a hobbyist baker myself, the cake was one of the most important things on my wedding day. One look at her Instagram and I knew she was the one. Her process is so personalized and creative, which I loved. She really took the time to get to know us and the vibe for our wedding and she created something truly one of a kind. Our cake was not just some run of the mill white cake with flowers. It was a masterpiece and one of our favorite parts of the wedding. Our guests raved about it long after the day was over. We can't wait to use her again!!

Haley is such a GEM of a person! Not only is she a talented artist, but she also creates cakes that are delicious works of art. For my mom's 60th birthday, she designed a stunning Hawaiian inspired cake that tasted just as incredible as it looked. It was honestly one of the best cakes I've ever had! My mom was so surprised and it was truly one of the highlights of her celebration.

Haley at By Cenza is absolutely incomparable. 4 months before our wedding, our original bakery we chose (very well known in the west side of Cleveland) informed me that they would not be able to complete the vision we had for our wedding cake - after 8 months of guaranteeing it possible. She did absolutely amazing on bringing to life my vision I had for my wedding cake. I fully trusted her and she pulled through! Her craft is un matched with her hand made sugar flowers! Oh my gosh, Haley is so talented. She made my wedding cake dreams come to life! When I stumbled across her Instagram I was blown away by the work that she did. Meeting her in person she is so down to earth and genuine. I was shocked when she told me the flowers on the cake aren’t real and that they were sugar flowers (because they look so life like) and you can keep them in a shadow box to have a memory from your special day. Her flavors are also so unique and delicious. We ended up going with the blueberry lavender and chocolate raspberry earl grey. She truly puts her all into the cakes that she does. I also recommend getting her monthly cakes at Sophie’s (I do this often lol) because they are so delicious. Haley is going to go so far and I am so lucky I was able to work with her for my wedding. I highly recommend her services.

There are not enough words for our experience in working with By Cenza. About a month before our wedding we found Haley and I took a chance and emailed her to see if she could make a cake for us (even though she had her custom books were closed) & due to a change of plans for her we lucked out and got the most beautiful, amazing and tasty cake we could have hoped for.

We had a zoom call to discuss what we loved about her work (we live in CA) and from there we received a sketch, I asked for one tweak and the rest is history. Allowing Haley to create a vision based on what we discussed was just the right way to go about this process (for us). Her artistry, execution, and flavor profile was BEYOND what we could have hoped for. All of our guests are still talking about the cake and I can’t wait for my one year anniversary because I will head back to Cleveland and order another cake!!!

Haley from By Cenza is the BEST! My now husband and I met with her last year after seeing her spectacular looking cake photos on Instagram. Right after meeting Haley we both really enjoyed her as a person and could tell that she has a real passion for what she does. Wow is she talented. When we met with her we did a cake tasting where we selected about 4 options to try. The flavors were delicious and we were actually torn between two flavors. She told us we could definitely do 2 flavors but I liked the idea of having one flavor. After many months we decided on the lemon lavender blueberry cake....YUM! Haley listened to what we were thinking design wise and she nailed it. We actually saw her setting up our cake on our wedding day and were so excited to see it and say hi to her. She is amazing. While I'm sad we will never have another wedding cake of our own, I cannot wait to recommend her to others. In fact, one of the guests called a couple days after the wedding and said it was the best wedding cake they've ever had and asked for her info for their friends sons wedding. I also look forward to commissioning Haley for many future birthdays in years to come. Thank you Haley!!! <3
