I’m looking for a venue for our 25th wedding anniversary ceremony. However, those that have experienced less than professional service I appreciate honesty in your review. My reason for not using this facility is solely directed by management remarks towards unhappy customers. Work on how to respond to negative feedback.

Response to owner: You’re really missing the point. Your response was not necessary. We’re already married it would have been a celebration party. Take notes on how your company responds to feedback. Have a wonderful day.

This review is just from reading the rules.... We didn't rent this place out but geez no decor no cooking, charging for using the stove, 100 per hour I mean geez this place better look freaking amazing inside. Sorry ppl need to decorate and make food or at least not be charged to warm up there food. Do you charge for parking as well... The whole event will feel like a huge rush. 8 hours max cleaning and set up apart of that and 100 extra per over hour.

The amount of space you get for the price isn’t bad. However, my brother had his wedding there and you get what you pay for. It started with Richard, the guy who runs it, had dead flies in his hair and didn’t smell the greatest. The place itself was dirty. We had to go in the night before and clean. They had chairs stacked and old wedding decorations placed randomly throughout the room. They got upset when we didn’t want to use them and we moved everything into a unused room. (That after the reception was put back.) The day of the reception the oven didn’t work, the toilet was leaking on the bathroom floor, the tap quit working, and the sound system keep going in and out. We made sure everything was cleaned, vacuumed, and put everything back where they had it. They did give the caretaker fee back. Greta, the caretaker, and Richard were some of the oddest people I have ever met. After the bride left a review, Greta emailed her and not only made rude comments about her family but her husband. Yes, there was alcohol. We paid you for that service! And Greta you were the one that said about the liquor “ I don’t see anything”. We tried numerous times to tip you out and you wouldn’t take it because of how many things got screwed up that night! We left you several hundred dollars worth of cloth table cloths. To email someone 4 months after the leave a review and five days before Christmas during this horrible time shows just how strange you are. Overall I would not recommend this place!

Contact people (Richard and Greta) were difficult to communicate with. The room we booked was packed with old decor like arches and old chairs so we came in and deep cleaned the night before and moved things. They seemed bothered that we didn't want to use their decor. Then on the day of the event the oven didn't work, projector didn't work, beer tap didn't work, the audio kept overheating, the bathroom had a leak. They didn't charge the caretaker fee because there was multiple issues but overall I would just recommend being aware of these issues and making sure they are corrected before booking an event.

The Place is not very clean, they tell u they will have your tables in place, but they don't. The bathroom and the Kitchen is Nasty. And they expect for you to clean the place up and vacuum floors, when none of this is done before U get there! So just make sure you video tape going in Please. Also wants to charge you for coming in to set up your party to whoever let U In, while they just stand Around. I wouldn't recommend this place. Unorganized 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

It was a great atmosphere place to be in and it is so nice and comfortable to be at during any events. loved it and I will recommend it to everyone.
