I recently purchased my wife a new phone. She went to this store to be assisted with switching phones over and making her own account rather than being on her parents plan. She was assisted by a store employee named Solomon. He told her to go home and do it online and refused to assist her in store. Well Solomon some people would prefer customer assistance rather than being told to go home and figure it out online. Your paid to service your customers and that’s something you failed to do.

I love my cell phone and my cheaper bill.

The woman who served me was the biggest help when I switched from Verizon to Spectrum. I have been with Verizon for 33 years and just can't justify the extremely high bills. My Spectrum Phone, the Service, the Staff and the Price are fantastic.

I should have made the switch years ago!

Solomon and Chelsea were great friendly and timely in their responses. Highly recommend them if your in the store. If your frustration is with spectrum be patient with them and they will do everything they can at their level to take care of you. 5 out of 5 they saved spectrum a customer and turned a frown upside down.

We went in to switch our service from my niece’s Verizon account. Chelsea was so helpful and patient with us in maneuvering through the process! We were texting my niece at work and still not getting the needed information. We finally called and Chelsea was able to talk her through the process and get us switched over. She demonstrated excellent customer service skills and patience with us during the entire process. As a retail manager, that is a rare trait these days! Thanks again, Chelsea!

There is no actual store phone number to call and see if they even have the products I want. I had to call spectrum and jump through hoops to get basic questions answered (which still are not answered). This store is the nearest to where I live, and still a considerable drive. I do not know if they have what I need because I can’t call them directly.
I’m sure the people who work there are lovely - but I wouldn’t know, and I’m stuck with a dying phone. 🤷‍♀️

Went to the Troy store and Adam helped us with 3 new phones and transferred everything from old phone to new--he also helped us with our home internet upgrade over all a great experience
