I researched numerous agencies for auto insurance looking for price as well as customer service. I was very lucky to find both in Holobaugh Agency. Jonie did a wonderful job matching our needs to companies they represented. Soon after this I needed Homeowners insurance which was met by with the same qualities by Jonie. If you are looking for quality service Holobaugh and Jonie are the best!

We are disappointed with Holobaugh ever since Jared left. Joanie was assigned to us and she has not failed to disappoint. Last year our rates went up like normal and I asked for a better rate and Joanie practically laughed and me and said "Sorry, everyone's rate has gone up, even mine" She has poor communication skills and poor knowledge of the business.

I called in Dec and 3 times in Jan to speak to her about all 3 of our policies. She has never called back or sent an email. So strange, I guess she is still on Holiday vacation. The poor receptionist has to keep making excuses for the company. I will definitely tell everyone I know to stay away from this company.

Awesome insurance company, always works with me giving me THE best rates with no bs. I have always paid more up until I found them. If you need to talk to someone talk to Rob, he's your guy.
