We had our wedding there in September and we highly recommend this venue! We did not like the two areas they normally hold outdoor ceremonies, so we picked our own and they were very accommodating to make sure everything was set up in the exact spot we wanted it. They are very responsive to emails about any questions you have before your big day. It was really nice having an employee there the entire time of the rehearsal and the entire day of rental time. My only complaint was that a selling point on this venue for us was the fire pits out on the new patio. We asked the employee to keep them lit and we were told multiple times they would be lit, and they never were.

It has been almost 5 years since my wife & I had our wedding here. I feel bad for not posting sooner. But, getting married during 'the pandemic' in Aug '20 & now with a 2 y/o & newborn, I'd better post now while I have 10secs. Rolling Meadows went out of their way to give us a wonderful experience and make our day the most special one for us. I'd send anyone looking for a venue for any occasion here anytime.

Absolutely gorgeous❤️We had our Mothers 80th. Birthday party here😊 Kelly Hudson and staff went above and beyond to make it a special and memorable event, and so comfortable. The views are breathtaking, the decor was beautiful and the menu was very well planned. I would highly recommend this Ranch for any event. An absolutely amazing time shared by all😊 Thank you for everything😊😊

We were vendors (DJ's) at this venue for a wedding and reception. The last working there was amazing, the property is absolutely beautiful, and the location is just far enough that you won't bother anyone, but close enough to drive home.

When we started looking for venues we had several lined up to view. After seeing Rolling Meadows we knew instantly they were the ones! Our guests raved about how unique and beautiful the venue was. Cheryl and Kelly were great to work with and worked hard to make our day so special!

Excellent party venue.
I have been a guest at this venue twice over the last 12+ months, for weddings.
Excellent setup. Great views. Great service. Bathroom facilities we're good. Staff was friendly.
A/C was great. If you are one of the early birds, it can be chilly, but as guests arrive, the warm bodies and movement lead to a great comfortable temperature.
There are a few chairs outside, some rockers.
At the latest event, there were bars inside and out.
Band area and dance are are at one end.
Plenty of outlets for chargers for phones / cameras. Lighting was great inside for pictures.
At the most recent event, the actual ceremony was down by the lake, and they even had transportation down for those who could not walk.
On the way up from the lake, the driver took the younger children by some fountains and a lakes.
Parking was great on a paved lot!
In a quiet surrounding.
A great experience, both time I have been there.
