Time and time again our internet speed tests as 6.2Mbps download speed and a measly 1.05Mbps upload speed, which is recommended below the requirements for internet only used to send emails. Between the constant low quality, buffering streaming of shows and the accidental “double-charge” for three months in a row, and the impossibility to do anything on a PC or console, I will gladly be switching to a new service as soon as possible.

Being rural, this is by far the best internet connection I've been able to get. Gaming and streaming no issue, very good pricing. Installation was quick and the installer was great to work with. Very good communications on the rare occasions there is an outage or maintenance on the system. I couldn't be happier with the product or service.

I switched to Skymesh about 6 months ago and love their service. I have not had any problems or outages. I love the fast speed, I can now watch movies and stream Hulu! Installation was quick and easy, they were very professional. I have reached out with a question and they were quick to respond. Highly recommended.

I only gave 3 stars due to 1 thing. The customer service has always been acceptable, when I have reached out about issues, someone has always responded within either minutes or hours. But the download speed is just not consistent at times and it seems whenever we do check the speed, it is below our contracted 15. Seems to be between 5-10 pretty consistently.

We switched over to Skymesh about a year and a half ago, from Hometown. I will just say there is no comparison to Hometown, we were real limited in what we could do online before. Hometown promised us higher download speeds and such but it seemed like it would always be buffering. With Skymesh we have very few problems. Maybe only on the biggest download times, such as super bowl Sunday stuff like that, do notice a slower internet speed.

We live in the country and our internet service has always been limited. This is the best internet we have found so far! One thing I have noticed is that even during a storm or highwinds, our internet speed does not change which was not the case with the other internet companies in the past. Also, tech support has always been great. If there has been a problem they are always around to deal with it as fast as they can.

Fantastic company! My service was giving me minor issues. In fact it was minor enough that I didn't even call to report it. I live in a remote area and connection issues have been common with past providers so I didn't think a lot about it. But a tech from Skymesh called me one day and asked if I had noticed any issues. I explained that there had been some minor issues but I didn't think much of if for the reasons stated above. He informed me that was NOT acceptable, and that as a company they strive for better quality than that. They sent a guy out the following day to fix it, and in addition gave me a credit on my account. First time in my life to have an internet provider call ME to complain about THEIR service, fix it immediately and offer me money back! Thank you Skymesh for providing a quality product, backed by exceptional customer service. All to an area that otherwise is not serviced by any other provider.

We are not happy with the customer service response when a detailed message is left for help. A message was left at least 5 days ago regarding updating our credit card payment. No one has still responded as of today, Feb18th, 2023. This has happened in the past when our service quit working. It would take up to 2 or more days to get a response.
