Clean rooms and nice pool. Weekdays we pool is empty....weekends you are lucky if there are less than 50 people cramed into the pool. Other than that, this was a great hotel! Would stay again

The staff went the extra mile when our debate team stayed there, opening breakfast early for us, and making us feel welcome. Facilities and location are good, but it is the staff that make this hotel a treasure.

We absolutely thought this hotel was the bomb! It has everything: great hot breakfast selection, heated pool and hot tub, 2 queen beds with a pull out sofa bed, mini fridge and microwave with sink. Location was perfect for our needs close to shopping and restaurants. Quiet too. We will be back 🙂 thank you Marriott staff!

Room carpet was soaked, socks got wet. Gross. I left the hotel and went to another hotel finding another hotel around midnight and getting to that hotel after midnight. Do not stay here. I warned you. One of the worst Marriott hotels I have ever entered as a platinum elite. I was in the room a total of 5 minutes.

My stay at the springhill was very pleasant in the beginning. I was checked in by a blonde hair woman names Vicki and she was absolutely nothing short of Amazing ans wonderful. Very sweet and accommodating.
HOWEVER, on my 2nd night stay i had the dissatisfaction of meeting Lynn. I wasnt watching my phone closesly while in the pool and stayed 5mins over in the hot tube. She rudely came into the pool area with fustration to inform me the pool was closed and i needed to get out. I didnt put to much care in it because i should have been more time aware however i feel like her apporach could have been alot better. Then next morning i come down to get breakfast while heating up my car. I see the lights are turned off by the breakfast area. LYNN tells me that breakfast starts at 7am on weekends. I asked about the breakfast i had yest morning at 6am and she stated a team requested an early breakfast start so they were able to accommodate that. I am a RN an have to clock in at 7am. So i could aee they already had the oatmeal toppings out. I asked LYNN if she mind if i took some toppings to make a trail mix. She exhaled loudly "i mean I guess" ... as im getting the toppings she began to gossip w another employee about how i could clearly see the lights were out and should have common sense to know better. She made other remarks directly to me and my partner because we were chatting and laughing by the coffee machine. She stated how long was our drive home? I told her 2hrs she said "do yall plan to laugh all the way home?"
As a travel nurse this place was comfortable, BUT i will personally take my money else where an gladly pay double to not have to deal w people like LYNN again!

I recently stayed at SpringHill during my Mom’s end of life and funeral. The hotel staff were so accommodating, kind, and compassionate. They provided space for visitation, and continually asked how they could help. Laura and the rest of the team were extraordinary and I will be back.
