Canterbury of Twinsburg cared for my loved one, Robert and provided excellent care for him and support for me. The Team of Caregivers gave him superior care and even helped him recover from a Stage 4 Wound that was a result of poor care from another Facility. I had a great relationship with the Nurses, Aides and Resp Therapists who cared for him. He passed away in 2023, but I will never forget and always cherish our experience at Canterbury. I only wish he was at the facility at the beginning of his journey. I recommend Canterbury highly to anyone who's in need of their care.

Great care provided to my father following hospitalization. The team was great at keeping me constantly informed with plan of care changes and any changes to dad’s health. The nursing aides frequently checked on him to make sure had had everything he needed and were responsive when he hit is call light. Highly recommend this facility!

I have had family members at Canterbury, one on the skilled side and one in the assisted living side. Great location to access in Twinsburg and close to Solon. Very pleased with the care and attention to both loved ones.

We couldn’t be any happier with Canterbury and their staff!! Our experience continues to be 5 star! They continue to improve the facilities and we absolutely love how they plan so many events to keep their residents engaged and entertained!! My mother has been a resident of Canterbury for almost 2 years now. She has received excellent care from a committed and professional team of nurses, social workers, aides, activity director, and occupational/physical therapy staff members. Each member of my mother's team tailors their services to meet her individual needs. They are effective and responsive in communicating to the family of residents as well. The social worker, Preya, goes above and beyond to address the emotional and social needs of my mother. I sleep peacefully knowing that my mom is in good hands there.

A few months ago I spoke with Andrea in Admissions and she helped me get my friend into Canterbury. She was such a blessing! I can’t say enough good tho about Canterbury. Miranda, her nurse, and all of the staff were amazing! If I could give them ten stars I would! Thank you for everything!❤️

If you actually love your loved ones please do not consider this place or leave your loved ones here! They can't keep staff, nurses, cleaning, kitchen, and techs are constantly hired/ fired or hired and leaving. The staff they have is flat out rude to patients who are too far gone to remember interactions or clients who want to be active in their care will have care changed without their consent. There is no communication between the facility and family when doctors change medications. This place does not seem to adequately provide meals for patients especially not on time. Snacks are no longer provided and there are only more astonishingly more reasons to stay far away from this place!!

This facility is so people friendly, so professional, so equipped with the best of employees and medical equipment for each of the individuals needs. Awesome rehab facility that is litterally immaculate. The genuine interest for patients progress and comfort is their main concern. Absolutely beautiful
