Kyle kindly greeted me after a 13+ hour day of work. He was very warm and inviting and attentive and asked questions that would meet my needs. My room was perfect for the week stay I had reserved. He also recommended attractions in the area after I asked where should I go after work. I will be reserving a room again next week because of Kyle and the other well trained staff here!!

The room was super clean and it definitely smelled clean as well. The remodel and updated furnishings were nice. I had tow rooms on my reservation. One got cold at night and the other was warm despite the temp being set to the low low.

I want to give a special shout-out to Robert, the engineer at Marriott Boynton Beach. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and quick to solve an issue I had during my stay. What impressed me the most wasn’t just his technical skill, but his excellent communication—he clearly explained the situation and made sure I felt well taken care of.

Robert is a perfect example of someone who goes above and beyond in their role. His efforts made my stay much smoother and more comfortable, and I truly appreciate his dedication. I hope the General Manager recognizes what an asset Robert is to the Marriott team.

Good hotel. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was good, although typical for this price range. Many stores are within walking distance. The area seems safe.

Review of Assistant General Manager Mercedes Duvelsaint TownePlace Suites by Marriott||I’ve had a very disappointing experience trying to communicate with Mercedes, the assistant general manager at this location. I reached out multiple times via phone and email to inquire about booking courtesy rooms for an event in July. Unfortunately, my calls were never answered, my email went unanswered, and when I did finally get a response, Mercedes was surprisingly rude. She dismissed my inquiry by saying “Im really Busy and I don't have time ” which felt unprofessional and dismissive.||As someone planning a significant event, I expected a higher level of courtesy and responsiveness. Based on this experience, I would think twice before booking or recommending this property to others

I've been staying here once a week for a couple years because of work. Rooms are like little apartments. Huge walk in showers. Full size fridge. Stove. Sink. Diswasher...all that. That's the basic rooms. I did get a suite 2 times due to capacity, and those are huge. 2 full living rooms. 2 separate bedrooms. Pull out bed. Breakfasts are full meals. If you want a bar, miller's ale house is about 500 feet away. Great staff here. Super clean. I can't say enough good.

Positive: "" Negative: Check in is at 3pm however my room wasn?t ready until 6pm causing us, me and my best clients, to loose our outdoor waterside seating at our dinner reservation. I changed in the lobby bathroom. When I did get into my room the carpet was soaking wet.
