I had a wonderful experience at the hotel on Memorial Day. I drove from PALM BEACH for my residence and was greeting in the valet and from the valet all the way to the restaurant was a wonderful example of a nice hotel here. It brought me back to the days when the property was a Ritz Carlton. From the aroma of the air, the cleanliness of the lobby, the hotel, and of course, the friendly smiles and many options inside outside on the veranda on the Terrace to have a nice lunch. The lunch was outstanding. I am a restaurant connoisseur and I must say that the French selection of ketchup, mustard, etc. was a great surprise to my pallet and to my guest. The burger and french fries were outstanding also the clams and the Bell Evans rotisserie chicken sandwich with Ben. Very well selected bread was a hit. My friends from New York will go tell their friends that will tell their friends and so on I live in the area and I am so grateful to have this property to brag about to boast about and to enjoy. Keep up the great work and remember the employees that have been there a long time have been very close to me and my family for years so please appreciate the ones who have been on the property for many years. I also welcome the new employees that you’ve selected especially some that are from other places like Bahamas, etc. it really adds to the experience. I love the piano player at Polo. I absolutely love everything. I do think the Gift Shop needs to put white pants in for women they used to have DL 1969 white jeans and they were such a hit. I must’ve bought 8 to 10 pairs over the years With the amazing spa. I was able to get my man a wonderful massage for his birthday and I was very impressed with the facility. Keep up the great work remember us folks that live in houses within walking distance so glad and appreciative. Best regards

This hotel was fabulous!!! I spent 4 nights with my husband and two kids ages 5&3.
The service, food and entire staff was wonderful. The pool and beach was beautiful. The pool/beach and hotel towels were AMAZING!
My kids enjoyed the kids club one afternoon which was really nice to have the option to use. Also the kids 5 & under eat free was a wonderful added bonus.
The only criticism is the double beds they had in the room were small for two people (when sharing a room with four people total). But that is the only negative thing I can write about. Everything was 5 stars!

What a poor example of a Fine Hotel and Resort property. I have traveled all over the world and I have never had as poor of a customer service experience as I have at this property. I was booked for a 2 night stay as a Mother’s Day gift. I came to the property begrudgingly as I had a book publishing deadline on Monday afternoon. I wake up on Monday and the hotel’s power and internet is down for hours. They were updating their generator. |With a book deadline for the day I clearly need electrical service. I leave the property after making a request to rebook it since they’re lights aren’t working and they say NO. I’m|Confused. Your electricity is out. How do you not be flexible. And treat me as if you did all you could do because you sent a letter. Say what! That sounds insane. Customer service says, accomodate the customer because you had a flaw in your service. I paid. And now you refuse to give me any type of credit. This is beyond crazy to me. Oh well! I will never recommend you nor stay there again. Nor go to the spa. And I’ve traveled here plenty since it was a Ritz Carliton. Please teach your staff how to be accommodating to luxury travelers.

The best!! We enjoyed our stay here very much. The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are even more beautiful. Perfect location right on the beach with beautiful pools and restaurants. Every single employee we encountered was so friendly and helpful - from the check in desk to the bell hops to the housekeepers to the bartenders and poolside servers - they were all exceptional. The food was great and the drinks were great. Everything about this resort was phenomenal!

A 10-Star Experience

From the moment we booked our reservation with the concierge, Christine, our experience at the EAU Palm Resort & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. Christine in reservations was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests and ensuring we had several special amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable.

One of the things we love about this hotel is the warm hospitality. It begs the question: why can't we just leave cash for Christine as a token of our appreciation for her efforts? We've stayed here many times, and each visit has consistently delivered an amazing experience.

At the pool and the Breeze Restaurant, the service remained impeccable. Chris and Jayden were fantastic in getting us the perfect table, and they were genuinely happy to take photos of us, capturing our vacation memories beautifully.

This hotel truly deserves a 10 out of 10 rating. We’ve made wonderful memories here, and we absolutely cannot wait to return!

We were at the Eau Saturday night. We thought we’d have dessert and drinks in the lobby, but the music was too loud. We then discovered the bar lounge, which was more enjoyable. Great elegant vibe!! The singer was so talented. We talked with him a little and found out that he sang with Tony Bennett!. His voice sounded like him, very cool and jazzy. We'll be back.

Tried the spa for the first time today. We were greeted by friendly staff and had a great experience. It was really clean and staff was constantly walking around picking up towels, trash, empty glasses etc. If I remember correctly (hopefully😭) we had Tony & Ricardo for our couples massage today & they were great! Very professional, respectful & nice. The amenities and ambience of the spa were very relaxing. We ate at the little restaurant they had and the food was amazing! Definitely will be going back 🙂

WOW this resort is fabulous. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. From the moment I checked in and they handed me a glass of champagne to the unfortunate time I had to check out. The View from my balcony of the pool and ocean, the ambiance of everything, the food, the servers, the ground keepers (and my hubby owns a landscape company so I know how hard it to to make a place look that beautiful) its was like Disneyland for adults. Thank you Eau Plam Beach for a memorable experience. I highly recommend this resort.
