Locations being renovated rooms are pretty cool. They smell a little funny, but I added some air freshener. It took care of it. Room service Was fast reported some damage they showed up in minutes front desk lady was pretty cool. no complaints here. I’m glad I was able to rest up. I was a little hesitant from all the reviews. Definitely a chill spot.

This is definitely what I would call a no tell motel

The rooms are dirty and the “renovated rooms” do not meet minimum standards for cleanliness and basic hygiene standards. Bathroom was dirty with visible blood on the walls shower was not finished with 1/2 of the glass missing and no hot water. Office door is locked and no way to get a hold of office staff. Room was not clean and due to booking of 3rd party website Hotels.com I will have to deal with a long wait for a refund

My cousin flew into town and arrived late...they said we will get a hotel and see you in AM to be polite and not arrive at my door at 3am

Well little did I know they booked at the OLD HOMING INN !! My god...I never heard of the NOVA so figured it was ok to crash for a few hours till I could get them...completely wrong

Its like renaming hell and calling it a donut shop...it's STILL HELL!!

Unless you are on meth or sell yourself for cash or what ever. please AVOID this place!! Look up HOMING INN in boynton beach...nuff said!

We booked in advance on booking.com with confirmation, and informed about late check-in. But at time of our arrival nobody wasn’t there. We waited about 40 minutes, but lobby was closed and number of the phone was not available. We needed to find other place for overnight stay after 01:00 a.m. after trans Atlantic flight, it was terrible.

My friend and I got a room here a few weeks ago and never even got the chance to stay here. We checked in late, around 9pm. When we go to the room we always check the sheets/towels, etc. to make sure that everything is clean. The bed sheets had stains on the sheets and on the pillow covers and also had little hairs on them, that we very much could tell were not our own. Then we go check the bathroom and see hairs all on the towels and wash cloths also. Nothing had been cleaned and it was very obvious. So we go to the front desk immediately and asked for new, clean sheets. They then told us that housekeeping has left for the night and they don’t have new sheets/towels to provide us with and that they also don’t have any other rooms to give us. So all they offered us was a refund and that we would have to find somewhere else to stay. So we booked through Expedia, so they told us that they actually couldn’t give us a refund and that we have to call Expedia for the refund. Over a month later since that day, Expedia said they’ve contacted the motel numerous times and they never answer, so they cannot confirm with the hotel to provide us the refund. Dirty, filthy and scammers. Do not stay here. Had to dispute the transaction with our bank just to get our money back.

UPDATE 2/17/25:
So the bank took the money that we requested as a dispute back from my girlfriend’s account. After speaking with the bank, they said the company stated that this was an authorized transaction and they had to withdraw the money. As stated above, we booked this room through Expedia. So we contacted Expedia and requested a refund, as we never stayed in this hotel room at all and was told by front office staff that “the best they could was offer us a refund.” That was there exact words. It was a Hispanic woman with glasses who said this to us that night. Expedia has stated that they made several attempts to get in contact with someone at the nova inn resort and it took them days to get through to someone. They stated that everytime they called, no one would answer or they would state that the manager was not around. When they finally did get through, Expedia claimed that the manager of nova inn resort said they would not refund us because we did complete our stay. This is scamming at its finest, we never even laid down on a bed or even took our shoes off to rest. The managers and staff at the nova inn resort are completely unprofessional and blatant liars. I’m looking into contacting an attorney about this because we should not be charged for a stay that we never had. They had security cameras in the lobby that I’m sure could be pulled up to prove that we did not stay. Book literally anywhere else but here

- No cups in the bathroom for drinking water-No soap dish in the shower-No electricity in bedside table power bars.-No daily room cleaning or towel service offered or provided-Smoke alarm went off at 3:15 am. No smoke in room and no response from front desk-No one manning front desk at night or in the morning to speak to in person.

Newly renovated, room was clean, however, I booked through a third party website at 75.00 Per night for a double room with 2 beds, he said it was a misprint on The Website! He offered me a room for 179.00 that had 2 beds, it was a suite but we had no hot water in the room so cold showers it is... and no hangers in the closet. Not a good experience. Floor was dusty from renovation I presume.
Parking lot was a mess due to renovation as well. Would not recommend.
