Called today asking for something on the Florida panhandle, pet friendly and very open date's. We don't have any per friendly place except St Augustin FL and they have a weight restriction. Then she asked do you have to take your dog with a attitude. Why would I ask for pet friendly if I didn't want to take our dog. We paid a good bit of money and it seems it was a waste. We have never been able to use there services because of very limited resources on thier part.
Only 1 time they found something and it was in FT Walton Florida and it was a very old out dated place that had not upgraded in over 20 years. The reason I know my wife's parents had a time share at that location and it was ok 40 years ago.
The web site is hard to navigate and use. Not users friendly at all.

It's a shame the have customer service person that has a attitude and offers no help at all.

This was my first experience using Grand Resorts travel. I booked a "hot week" at Patriot's Place in Williamsburg, VA. Kristie with GRT made sure I had all the information I needed and answered all my questions. The vacation went very smoothly. Check-in was easy and the accommodations were just as described. There were no surprises.
As for Patriot's Place, the location was perfect for visiting Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Jamestown. (we bought a 7 day pass that gave us unlimited access to 5 area museums/parks.)It was close to many restaurants and shopping. The one bedroom/full kitchen was well equipped with toiletries and supplies. The bedding/linens were of excellent quality. I especially like the bathroom design with a second sink in another area. There is a pool which we did not use but was open with plenty of lounge chairs and there was also a children's playground. The entire area was safe and secure. The staff were friendly and made recommendations for restaurants. We used a restaurant coupon associated with Wyndham and it went smoothly. My only comment would be that if stairs are an issue for you, request a first floor unit. There are a number of stairs to access the second floor.

Oh my goodness!!! I cannot explain how amazing our trip was. My friend is a Disney Snob (yes, she deserves that title to be capitalized). My friend and her family joined my husband and I on our vacation, they were so impressed with the condo being a Disney Good Neighbor... this is a huge deal to a Disney Snob. My experience with booking was handled so effortlessly, it was a breeze! The customer service is top notch! Everyone I spoke with was so friendly and appeared to genuinely enjoy their job. I had some silly questions that were answered without delay. The resort was beautiful and very close to Disney and Universal. We are so pleased with our experience; we cannot wait until our next trip! HUGE SHOUT OUT to Cindy Cathcart in Asheville for making our adventure the best it could be and answering all my last minute questions!

Thank you, thank you, thank you Grand Travel Resort! My family has enjoyed several vacations we would have never been able to make happen if it weren't for the ease of using our membership! The memories are priceless and we can't say enough about the customer care and value provided through GTR. Looking forward to many more vacations in the near future.

This company is terrible! We’ve unfortunately owned travel with them for almost 3 years and have NEVER been able to use it. This is always some reason they cannot accommodate. And when I’ve spoken to them about it their staff is very rude and unhelpful. I can’t even give away my travel packages because with all of their crazy rules no one can book with them. Avoid this company at ALL costs!

We went to a sales pitch presentation this evening. Everything sounded good, until the price and we decided not purchase a membership at this time, no harm no foul. The sales folks were nice, and not too pushy which I appreciated (I’ve been to other presentations before that were way worse). When we were leaving and getting our gifts for our time that we spent, we were told we won an air/hotel/car rental package and that we would only have to come up with 50.00 for the rental car. Upon further research, there are other costs associated with the ‘free’ trip. When I was called to go to the presentation, I was offered a visa gift card and Amazon gift card in addition to win a choice of 3 prizes. I was offered a dining card and a $500 hotel voucher card instead. The dining card is a restaurant discount card, not a gift certificate as indicated. The same thing with the 500.00 voucher - it’s a discount card. While I cannot rate the membership, I would be leery based on my experience as a potential future customer.
