Above and beyond!! Charlotte did an amazing job for my husband's 30th surprise birthday party. She went to the venue before the date of the party and discussed with me my wishes and gave me advice on where the idle balloon backdrop would be. The day of the party, she had the place decorated and ready to go before I even got there. It was so wonderful to be able to actually enjoy a party that you hosted without the stress of making sure everything looked perfect. I could not recommend her more.
