5 stars!!! I went into Ashley Furniture looking for a bed and was assisted by Charity and Spencer! Spencer was incredibly accommodating in helping me find the right bed and very kind! Charity was absolutely wonderful! She was very funny which made the experience all the better! Charity made sure everything went smoothly and quickly and was very helpful! Totally recommend you buying any furniture from here. We moved here from out of state and Charity really listened to what I wanted and needed and we found all the perfect pieces for our new house. She even went above and beyond to help me save money. By the end, it was like I had a new friend. She has a customer for life.

Mr. Cooper went above and beyond today to help me get an order in that had been messed up online. He was patient, kind, listened to me vent, and gave top knotch service. The error online was no fault of his own. It was corporate. But he assured me we’d get it taken care of. He did just that. He personally processed a new order for me and even called to make sure everything got taken care of. I am so thankful he was there today! You can tell he has a heart for his service to customers and really believes in going the extra mile simply because he cares!!! Thank you, Mr. Cooper!!! I am so thankful!!!! We just bought a beautiful sectional from Charity McDougal at the Ashley Furniture!!! We went to 3 different furniture stores here in Batesville, and Ashkey's had the best selection of furniture, good prices and great service!!! Charity was so helpful and so knowledgeable! She was kind and not pushy like some salespeople can be! All the other workers were kind to us as well. It was a great experience all around! ?

I had never been to an Ashley store before. I was met and greeted at the door by the manager David. He told me about the Ashley product and how proud he was to represent it. He just let me look around the store which is how I prefer to shop. I found the one I liked and sat down. I was asking David questions and the sales person (Charity) said Hey, I have that couch and I love it. When she was done with her customer she sat down with us and told me the ins and outs. Charity was a true ray of sunshine. She worked extremely hard to get me the payment I could afford. I ended up ordering an extra piece. I have no doubt about the quality of the furniture and I know if there was a problem, they would take care of it!! Ashley will be the only place I will buy my furniture from today on. It was more than worth the drive to Batesville!!
