This place is a disgrace, they have licensed CNAs who make less money per hour than the people at fast food restaurants. The current pay is $12 dollars an hours and no overtime allowed, so you cant go over 40 hours in a week, and they no longer pay for mileage. That is $480 a week before taxes and insurance come out which brings that to about 350 a week. No one can live with these wages and no one should have to. They claim to have a waiting list of clients but the issue is they don't have enough employees, because they do not pay their employees enough for people to want to do the work. I think it is a crime that they undervalue their employees so much. They have one of the most important jobs one can have, to take care of our elderly and provide good care, only to be valued lower than a fast food worker. I really think these home health agencies need to reevaluate how little they care for their employees because it is despicable and I think something needs to be done about it. if you or a loved one are on their waiting list, just go elsewhere, maybe other places will value their employees a little more.

There is bad communication, I can call tell them early in the week to schedule what day that I need them the aides are either late, or they don't have someone scheduled. Tell me they are short handed, and that is why they have a communication problem. I can not see how being short hand can cause a communication problem. I would not recommend their service
